Absolutely Horrible Experience!

Everything about this place was a disaster. From the moment we walked in, it was clear the waitress was NOT happy to see us. She barely acknowledged our presence and seemed irritated that we were even there.

As she served us, she was chewing gum with her mouth wide open, giving us judgmental looks every time we asked a simple question! We asked if they had lemonade, wanted clarification on an ingredient, and asked for a recommendation — and with every question, she became more and more irritated, as if we were inconveniencing her! Her attitude was completely disrespectful.

And don’t even get me started on the food — it was TERRIBLE. We barely ate anything because it was so bad. We paid $105 and left hungry, emotionally drained, and absolutely furious.

The owner should be ASHAMED for allowing their staff to treat customers this way. I have NEVER experienced such awful service in my life.

I WILL NEVER be coming back here, and I strongly recommend you don’t waste your time or money either.

Let me first say that the manager on duty was extremely nice, informative, and friendly. We started with the grilled octopus which was wonderful, and glass of wine which was priced fairly. We ordered dinner salmon and filet and were very excited to try it since the octopus and service had been good up to that point. Sadly, this is where the story goes down…. A Mice runs across the floor, not once but TWICE! Yes, a MICE!!!! First time I thought I saw a shadow of something, but shrugged it off. Second time my coworker saw it too, and I almost broke my leg trying to get out the booth and out the door. The manager was apologetic but unfortunately there was no going back for me. I understand it’s the season, but as a restaurant you MUST control the sanitation and rodents at all times…ESPECIALLY when patrons are there. We had such a wonderful time here! Our server was absolutely amazing. Friendly, funny, and just really made us feel right at home. He had this warm energy that added so much to the evening.

Honestly, one of the most entertaining parts was just watching the staff interact with each other. They were constantly joking around, laughing, and working like a real team. It gave the whole place such a lively and relaxed vibe, like you were part of the family.

And the food? Hands down the most delicious we’ve had in a long time. You could truly taste the love in every bite. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared—top quality ingredients, rich flavors, and that special homemade touch that’s hard to find.
