La Michoacana Especial — Restaurant in Addison Township

Was just here today and haven’t been here in years but I was ready to spend over $20 since most michoacana places are crazy expensive but this place was crazy cheap compared to anyone I been to. On top of they were friendly I came in with my 3year old got him a ice cream and a candy and myself a corn in a cup and a fresh water everything was delicious and I love extra condiments on my corn and I asked for extra before hand and I noticed they didn’t charge for extra which if they did I wouldn’t mind but I still asked half way down my cup of corn for more mayo and cheese and to charge me if they like to and yet they didn’t and didn’t seem to mind at all to give me more I was more than satisfied my kid was satisfied and I live in Franklin park I will drive out every time for this location I promise nobody will beat their prices in the area oh I forget to mention they actually cut the corn here usually most places use frozen corn in a bag instead of the old fashion way to save time and money but this place still traditionally cuts fresh corn from a cob I truly appreciate that about them it makes a huge...

I've been here a couple times. First 2 or 3 times the ice cream was good, especially the pistachio popsicle. They did although let me down this last time I went 🥲...There was less then half the flavors they should have available for their customers. I asked the lady what flavor a certain  popsicle was. She didn't know. I decided to get three anyway🤦🏾‍♂️... Got home tried one and it literally tasted like frozen water. Took the other two back and they only replaced those 2 and not the other one I threw out. 😑 I business should always go above and beyond to keep their customers satisfied and be more successful. Just my thinking.🤷🏾‍♂️ Hopefully they're more carefull to not lose more...

I wish I could give it zero stars. They’re over priced & they try to skimp you. The first 2 times I came they were okay. When you order 3 scoops they don’t even fill the cup. Then they got cheap they upped the prices and you got less. The ice cream tastes old and freezer burnt. Dairy Queen in Bensenville is way better. Then they seem to get an attitude if you don’t...
