McDonald's — Restaurant in Addison Township

UPDATE: i just got off of the phone with the manager who eventually did agree to put my name in the binder and replace the sandwiches tomorrow morning. i am waiting to see if that does happen, if it does that is good customer service and i will definitely improve my rating. she told me to bring in my receipt tomorrow and tell them my name so hopefully this works with no hassle - i don't even want any money i just want some sandwiches lol

girlfriend and i were driving in the pouring rain back from working all day in the city, and ordered two McGriddles with cheese, which cost extra to add but i don't mind that, and when i opened the sandwiches to eat them the patties had the texture of hockey pucks the cheese was old and burnt and stuck to the top of said rock-hard patties and the rubbery sausage. The sandwiches were not even edible they were so hard that they hurt our teeth and we had not eaten anything all day which was made even worse by this experience. Employee Felipe claimed he was unable to take Apple Pay at drive through window. I explained that I come to the location often and always paid with Apple Pay. I explained that he just needed to pull the register close to the window. He then said that he shouldn't accept because their to busy. When I put my payment through it said done on my phone but he then cancelled the payment. When i got to the next window he told me it didn't go through and I needed to come in or go back around. I aksed him to open the register at 2 be window and he refused. So I refused to move. They called the cops. When the cops arived they advised they just had a similar occurrence last week. To get the cops to come They LIED and said I cut in front of cars in the drive through. Unfortunately I feel that since I'm not Hispanic the manager wasn't very accommodating. Needless to say. NEVER GOING BACK AND WILL BE CALLING...

I don't know about others experience but mines so far has been great I mean nobody perfect and I dont buy much but just recently went around 4am to buy only 2 hash browns and they made me pull up to get them fresh and I didnt have a problem if it meant fresh and I waited about 2mins tops didnt feel long but since I did waited any time they were kind enough to throw in a extra pie for the wait and that's the type of service I like. They were considerate of their customers and were very nice. One of my favorite McDonald's by far. Keep up the great work. And also a shout out to an employee name glena she is one of the best employees there very friendly and so helpful love when I stop here and shes there always get the best service from her.. over all I'm happy with...
