After years of going through them as our local pizza stop we decided to celebrate their 50th anniversary with them this week and ordered from the specials posted on the website. Our total should have only been 15 dollars plus delivery and they charged me 34. When I called back I was told its cause I didnt mention a coupon and they would not refund me or cancel my order. The website does not say anything about needing to mention the special so we all took it as it is for everyone not just ones who mention it. After almost 30 years I can say their greed and too many previous issues with orders has cost them a customer and I will never return after they refused to make a situation right for a faithful customer. I have also posted a picture of a pizza we received from them that is supposed to be their carmelas special which we all thought was made with rotten tomatoes as they all looked black and tasted off so nobody wanted to eat it, and the pictures on the website stating the specials and nothing anywhere says you must mention to recieve the deal. Hope this helps any customer new to the area, there are a lot of really good pizza places around here and we will be happy to take our business elsewhere.

Definitely the most filling Indian style pizza I’ve had! I ordered the Panner Tikka Pizza from “Masala Pizza” on Uber Eats and it’s actually made at this location. You can’t actually find the paneer pizza on Nardi’s menu so you will have to physically tell them when you place your order OR order it through a third party service like UberEats. Pizza was way too oily for me but I overall really enjoyed the uniqueness of the flavor and the addition of paneer! Not like Moti Cafe but definitely worth a try!

Stopped by and ordered the Chicago gold medal standard cheese and sausage pizza. The crust was thin and crispy. The sauce was a tad bit watery but had a nice fresh tomato taste. The cheese basically melted and combined with the sauce to create a hot lava. The sausage was loaded with fennel and tasted great. It was a greasy pizza, but it had a great flavor and I will definitely return. This place has been in business for over 60 years for a reason.

I was craving a local thin crust pizza place and decided to give Nardi's a try. I searched online and decided to go for the thin crust 14" deal for $11.95

Order: I didn't know ordering could be so difficult. Apparently they don't know that they have this deal. I had to explain it to them. It seemed like she didn't even know they had a website. They also had trouble understanding the term "ground beef" out of a Midwestern accent.

Food: The pizza was decent. The sauce was a little bland for my taste but the toppings were very very plentiful. They definitely don't skimp on those. For those of you in Addison it's on par with Uncle Pete's flavor wise in my opinion.

Service: I'm not really a penny pusher so I just gave my credit card and signed. When I got the pizza, I was skeptical of its size. No way was it 14". I came home and measured the box out of curiosity--12". Then I looked at my receipt and I was charged $12.95. WTF? Double whammy.

Again, I'm not a cheapskate, but I've been burned by eateries so often lately that this was the last straw and I decided to give them a call--something I never do. "You gave me a 12" pizza and charged me $12.95".

I was transferred to a "manager" and he doubted me and asked me to read the bottom of the box. Then cut me off and said "bring it back and I'll give you a new one" in an annoyed voice. I didn't want to freakin' drive back there to get what I overpaid for in the first place. I felt like saying "why don't you have one of your drivers bring me a new one jerk" but piddly arguing over 2" and $1 stopped seeming worth it.

This is why I never complain to places. They treat you like you're a jerk and never want to make things right to retain business.

For a POS dirty hole in the wall I'd think he could use whatever...

Horrible, horrible! I order wings and a 18 inch half pepperoni and the other half sausage. I had called back and this lady put me on hold and she passed me to a very rude man. I explained to him that the ordered was wrong. I had hungry kids too feed I had to feed my family and they had told me that he would get me 2 medium sausage pizza. At first he wanted to give me a small sausage pizza and I had said no because I didn't pay for that pizza (its not my fault that the cooks messed it up). Anyways so they delivered a pizza but it was the small sausage. I had called Nardis back and I had told the guy and he said that was the only thing he was able to do. But on the phone he had said that he was going to give me 2 medium sausage pizza. So he was arguing with me over the phone and I had said okay ill be there in 5 minutes to get my money back. He said that he wasn't able to do refunds on cards. I had told him I paid in cash. He got so mad and clicked on me. So rude I been eating Nardis since I was a young kid never again getting food from here! now for on im going to Pyramid on lake street better bread from the pizza and way better wings! Have a...
