Starbucks — Restaurant in Addison Township

Sorry but these people shouldn’t be asking every customer for a tip, especially when the service is worst than ever. This place didn’t disappoint. I ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch frap with extra caramel like I’ve been doing since they had them ….. I order it with extra caramel drizzle ….. the cup has none ….. it was basically a plain frappucino with a little extra drizzle on top. They wanted to argue with me that’s what it’s supposed to be. I said I’ll take the gift card only so they stood there arguing with me. They really need to stop begging for tips. It’s awkward then when you tap no tip they all get attitudes. Do your job first and worry about tips...

I went through the drive thru around 7 am today. It was packed, but the employees did a GREAT job getting through the line so quickly. I really thought it was going to take at least twice as long as it did. The older gentleman at the drive thru window was so friendly and sweet. Starbucks is lucky to have him. He's just got a great energy and his smile is contagious. I really liked his mask with the clear window around the mouth, so if someone is deaf or hard of hearing they can still read his lips. This Starbucks is my go-to spot for a quick and reliable coffee run. I only ever order black coffee, but I’m always impressed by how fast I’m in and out, whether it’s in the drive-thru or inside. The service is consistently quick and friendly.

The only small downside is the parking lot layout—the curbs create an awkward entry/exit angle that can cause a bit of a jam when it’s busy. But that’s a minor inconvenience for such great service and quality coffee. Overall, this location is a great spot for a fast...
