Subway — Restaurant in Addison Township

This location is so weird. The lady working on Sunday 11/14/2021 during the pm basically tried to cheat me out of my money. She was using her airpod to talk on the phone the entire time. I ordered a regular salad with chicken. She charged me $9.99 which was weird. I walked out forgot my receipt after giving her $10 bill came back in for my receipt and it stated $6.35 for the salad. Now the chicken was not added onto the receipt and that was a concern. She stated the button was broken to add chicken. She kept randomly pointing to the menu saying it’s there for the chicken. No, it wasn’t. She then gave me chips and a drink for free and said she was going to pay with her own money. She also took my receipt to “show the boss”. It was weird. A salad doesn’t cost $9.99. I believe she was pocketing some of the money. I reported to the store but don’t think much was done. The food also...

I made order online for 2 veggie delight subs I asked the girl could she add egg I do it all the time other subway there’s never a charge here she said it would be extra I said how much extra in which she told me 6 dollars to add egg to my subs in which I told her that’s ok that up charge was a little steep so they proceeded to put egg on my sandwich anyway and told me I had to pay I proceeded to tell him I told her I didn’t want the egg and he said maybe she didnt understand you and I said that is not my fault but I will pay it but I will never come there again he didn’t charge me but proceeded to tell me how they have to pay for it sir I had subs with no meat on them I paid 8 dollars a piece for a breast sandwich with egg and cheese would be the same price and I could have all the same veggies on the sub this subway doesn’t honor coupons either ridiculous...

I wish I could leave zero stars. I waited in line and ordered my sandwich for 20mins during a busy lunch line. When I got to the front and tried to use a coupon wait - FROM SUBWAY - she refused and said my rotisserie chicken is not covered by my coupon. She said all the subway owners know that this particular coupon cannot be used with rotisserie chicken. I said it’s not listed with that restriction on the coupon and asked how I was supposed to know that. She said she didn’t know and refused my coupon. So I walked out and left the sandwich there. Now I’m at the Elmhurst subway where they accepted my coupon for the same rotisserie chicken sandwich.

This location has terrible customer service. Two thumbs down.
