Avoid this location! Only one person taking order with a long line of customers. Been there 3 times it's the same each time. On today's visit. 7/5/19 same thing one order taker. The person filling the orders today started getting a large order together and the guests that placed it said no it was a to go order. The same person gave my order to the person after me. Did not even know until I Saud something. I will not return. It's a, shame. Wendy's is great and this, location is the only restaurant near where I work. Others at my place of employment say that they have waited so long to place an order they had to leave or be late back to work. UPDATE. tried this Wendy's again on July 18th. Was 2nd in line. The person in front of me ordered then the only one taking orders started to fill his leaving me and others just standing there. About 7 min later he took my order and now the line was twice as long. He asked for help several times he kept being told by another employee he could not help because he had to stay by the fryer. Took another 9 minutes to get my order. I ordered the biggie bag with a double stack only ketchup mayo and pickel. Took my order to go. When I got back to work and opened it up. I had a bacon double stack with mustard may and 1 pickel. NOT what I ordered. It's a shame I love Wendy's food but this location is terrible. They are the only option close to my work. The are in the parking lot of a hotel and tons of businesses are near by. They need to hire more people learn to get orders right and speed up service. I think the only reason it is as busy as it is is because it's the only close option to a ton of businesses. If they did not have that guaranteed business I believe they'd have very few customers and repeat business. Never going there again. I've spread the word...

I have ordered from here many times before and everytime I order via drive thru I am rushed and greeted with an attitude. However, today takes the cake and Iāll never be back. I drove up to order a kids meal and she asks me what I would like to drink. I didnāt see a list of drink options so I asked her what the options were and she raises her voice to ask me again āwhat do you want to drinkā. So clearly she didnāt hear me the first time so I speak up and ask again ā what are you optionsā she then responds with full attitudeā soft drinks, water, juiceā. I ask what kind of juice and once again she replies with attitude. I then say to her āIm not sure why youāre giving me an attitudeā and then I ask for her name. She then replies saying sheās the general manager and refused to give me her name and then she says āare you having a bad dayā. LOL. Yes thanks to you, now I am! I am so disappointed that this is Wendyās poor decision for management. After reading the reviews it clearly shows nobody wants to work here and now I see why, given the ridiculous example they have for management. We also ordered food at the drive up window and were told to hold on multiple times which was very unprofessional. The guests who dined in could not get around my car with all the snow we had so I had to back up and pull forward twice. We waited 15 minutes (!!!) until my sister decided to go inside to see what happened to our food. They definitely forgot about our order! The team of all guys were just hanging out. They claimed our chicken sandwiches had just come out of the fryer. That was a lie. They were not fresh at all. This is definitely not the first time we have not received fresh food. In the past the woman manager/assistant manager has always given us the wrong order or shorted us and is honestly horrible at her job.This Wendy's is in need of new management.
