Overall was a decent place. The staff was friendly.

However, the water was warm and tasted like it came from an outside water hose. I highly recommend a filter or something.

The seasoned fries were okay but I recommend getting some kind of mixing basket because the top was just coated in the seasoning which over powered the top fries and couldn't really dust enough of it off.

The chocolate cherry shake was okay. No wow factor but not bad.

The burger was okay as well. Again, no wow but not bad.

The chili burger was good. I would recommend thicker bottom buns and not to toast the bottom as much but other than that it was good.

I will say the atmosphere was okay. I did love the arcade machine, Marvel versus Capcom. I didn't get a chance to play but I also wasn't jumping to spend money on a game or two if it required such. I think if it does require quarters that you shouldn't. Would be an easy price to drive people to stay longer. Heck, you get a couple of those arcade machine and I'd def stay longer. I went to Minsk, Belarus and played mk2 for an HR at a bar with some buddies and we just kept ordering food and drinks. Not saying you have to make it free for me to come back, just when everyone has three consoles at home these days, why stay and pay to play when you can just go home and play for free? If it is already free, then I would advertise...

I have been going to Burger House since about 2006, which is about 13 years. I've always loved the burgers and especially the fries.

For the past few months, I have observed a change in the quality of the burger patties. They feel tougher now, less flavor, harder to chew. The previous experience I had with the patties was that they were juicier, more tender, and had a better flavor.

Curious about this, I emailed the business to ask if anything had changed since around the start of 2019. They told me that a few months back, they did change their beef to Black Angus. I don't know what it was before, but this explains the change in burger quality I observed.

I regret that I have to take my review down from 5 stars to only 2. The burger patty quality is so bad at this point that I cannot be bothered to visit anymore, even though I've always really loved their food. When I spoke to the business, they did mention they will try to make sure the quality is where they want it to be. I had asked to be informed when a change is made so I know when to come again, but I never heard anything back.

I may try in a few months, but for now, I have to say I'm really disappointed in...

We first found out about these burgers from always delivering them through Doordash and UberEats. We decided to give them a try and were NOT disappointed! The burgers are delish! And the fries are great with the seasoning! But as per my husband, they “would’ve tasted better without attitude”

The only bad part is the customer service of the person taking the orders. The burgers are a great value, a great taste, and cooked to perfection FAST! But the lady taking the orders was so sour, I almost went to the grocery store for food instead!

She ignored me the first 3 minutes, while I was standing about 2 feet in front of her. Then when she took my order, she was so annoyed, and kept re-writing the order down on multiple sheets of paper. She didn’t tell me the total, or how long they’d be ready, and after I got my food, I noticed she got it all wrong and didn’t care what my specifications were. Also, the 2 or 3 cooks back there were ready for my order while she was taking her time giving them my ticket.

She makes me not want to come back, but the food is good. So just wanted to let...
