I went through the drive through, the person working the window didn't seem to speak or understand english very well. I ordered a tender combo meal, with fries and gravy. Then I ordered a small jalepeno poppers with a ranch. When I got my order home, I was given 2 ranches instead of a gravy, plus the entire meal was cold. I tried calling the store but the phone doesn't ring. I drove back to the store to return the meal and ask for a refund. I hadn't touched the meal at all and without any thought, the manager, afro-latina, refused to give me a refund. After some back and forth, the manager called the cops. I called the cops as well. An officer shows up, I explain the situation, a bystander comes out of the store and corroborated my story to the officer, stating that the manger was very rude and that the establishment has been going down hill since she took over. Reached out to corporate, emailed the receptionist my supporting documents and still have not been issued a refund. Ultimately, I've had to file a dispute through my bank. Either that or go to civil court for $14. I understand it's hard times for everyone and people have to do what they have to do to survive. But if you hate your life that much, then maybe you should do everyone a favor and just end it instead of ruining...

A few days ago I went to the drive thru lane and after placing my order, I was notified while my card was charged that it will take 7-8 minutes for them to make the chicken and they will bring out to me right away which is reasonable. I was ok with the wait but they had taken 20 minutes and I had to turn off my vehicle and come in to the restaurant to ask for my order which was sitting there at the counter.
I had shared my frustration with why no one had come out to bring my food to me and they told me that it was because it was not ready. I saw that the chicken was already done. I also expressed that this a fast food service and that is my reason to coming here because i'm crunched on time. The fact that I had to go in to get the meal and it was not brought out to me was wrong. When I came in, the lady did not apologize and told me that we can just void the transaction and you can give us back the food. I'm very disappointed and spoke with the manager today and she sided with her employee and told me I was in the wrong.
I addressed that I would be leaving a review as the manager there is not willing to even understand...
Read moreWhat a bad example this location is for customer service. 7 minutes - no cars in front of me, and because they could not get the order correct (even after I corrected the person at the window — more than once), I got my money back and left without food. Fortunately, I took a picture of the original receipt, which I had to surrender in order to get a refund. The “manager” sId she did not know the owner. Wow!! I was told a survey would be on the refund receipt - no survey. I have called corporate several times (first time was immediately after leaving the location) and have been told over and over that it is policy to contact the customer voicing a complaint within 24 hours. As of March 27, I still have not heard back regarding the incident on March 12. Fifteen (15) days is not acceptable.
