I went to Taco Bell this morning to get my son and I an unorthodox breakfast. We had no issues until I asked the cashier what Craving Boxes were available because once you start ordering you can't see that part of the menu.
"One," she replied.
"I guess I'll just take that one then," I said.
"Well... which one do you want?" she asked.
I was confused. "What do you mean? I thought you said there was only one."
"There is the rolled tacos or the nacho fries," she said.
I asked my son which one he wanted, and he said the fries.
"He would like the fries," I told the cashier.
She then gave me an explanation of why the fries weren't delivered yet.
"I guess I'll take the other since it's the only other option," I said.
"We don't have the rolled tacos either," she said.
At this point, I was starting to get frustrated. The cashier didn't seem to know what she was talking about, and the only two Craving Boxes that were available were out of stock.
I ended up ordering a different meal, but I was disappointed with the overall experience.
PS.... with the surge in cost in soda š„¤ do you REALLY need to fill the ENTIRE CUP with š§ Ice. 4sips and my drink was half...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI visited this Taco Bell today and was truly blown away by the experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Brandon, the manager, was working the register and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Iāve never received such incredible customer service, especially at a fast food restaurant!
Brandon had a genuine smile on his face the entire time, no matter how many questions I had or how specific my requests were. He handled everything with patience, kindness, and enthusiasm. The whole team was just as friendly, laughing, smiling, and clearly enjoying what they do. It created such a positive environment that made my short visit feel special.
And if the customer service wasnāt enough, the food was hands down the best Taco Bell Iāve ever had. I know Taco Bell is Taco Bell, but this was next-level delicious. Everything was fresh, perfectly made, and honestly tasted better than Iāve ever had it before.
I never leave reviews, but this experience deserved it. Iāve never been treated so well at a fast food place in my life. Huge shoutout to Brandon and the whole team, you all made my day. Iāll...

For several months now, each time my family and I have visited the South Main St. restaurant in Adrian, MI and noticed the management can apparently only schedule/ employ 2, but no more than 3 workers at a time. No sooner than walking through the door each customer you is greeted with the statement by employees that "it will be between 15 to 30 minutes before food can be served". Most turn and leave. The same is noted at the drive-thru, that is, being told that each vehicle will need to wait an extended period of time for the food. Most drive away (after having waited in-line for several vehicles to get to the order board). I am amazed that this store is still in business!! They obviously cannot adequately staff the store with enough employees to serve the customer base. Let me clarify that it is apparent the staff members that are there work VERY hard and diligently. The management likely faces a huge decision to either pay higher wages to adequately staff this location with higher numbers, or face closing. Just an...
