Whoever 2 people I just spoke on the phone with were super unhelpful and rude. Claims they sell the Sicilian pizza only by the slice and won’t let me buy a whole pie? They also didn’t know if they were still doing the free breadsticks with an order for Saturdays deal. Wouldn’t bother to check. Just flat out told me no. I was speaking to one person and then she got my entire order and then she just switched the phone to another person and made me reorder with no explanation. I gave up on ordering wasn’t worth wasting my time. The pizza being good is not worth the employees negative attitude. Would much rather order from a place like a Hometown pizza where the food is great and the employees are great also. Staff is rude here most of the time as well. They talk to you with disrespect and treat you like you’re stupid. Fix your customer service. I’ve always had issues with the people who work both here and the bakery side. And I know I am not...

We have previously taken advantage of the Monday special numerous times, which was a whole pie for $13. The last time we ordered, we verified that the special was still ongoing, and we were informed that it was. When I went in to pay and pick up our order, I was given a higher total. I inquired about the price as it was not the price of the normal Monday special. They informed me that the special had changed. I informed them that I verified the special prior to ordering, and they were not honoring what I was on the phone. I was charged $49 for what should have cost $26. Biggies is one of my favorite places to grab pizza and pepperoni breadsticks. My family gets biggies 2-3 times a month and I have noticed the service has been declining which in turn makes the food not as great. This makes me so sad because I genuinely love the pep breadsticks and cheese. But the last couple times I’ve gone, we’ve been missing sauces we pay an extra $1.75 for each, and then the last two times the breadsticks have not been cooked properly and I received plain today after I ordered pepperoni 😭 it’s a bummer and I hope it turns...
