We went there with my husband to get a dozen of donuts. I pointed to the girl on the counter which ones we liked and she went inside to get a box to put them in. At that time the other lady (she was working at the drive-through) took one of the donuts we chose. I told her that we already ordered this one but she very rudely replied to me that it had already been paid for at the drive-through. I said Ok, I will choose another one. The girl who was serving us came back and said that they did not have large boxes and asked us if she could pack them in 2 smaller boxes. I said it's fine. She put some donuts in one of the boxes and some in the second one. My husband asked if there were 12 donuts altogether. The other lady came to the counter, grabbed the boxes slammed them in front of my husband on top of their display case, and said here are your donuts, six in one box and six in the other. My husband opened the top box and counted the donuts and they were five. He turned the box to her and asked - Do these look like six to you? She said - which one you are missing? We didn't know how to reply to that question. We just looked at each other. My husband asked what he was supposed to do with this box. At that moment instead of apologizing for the mistake, she said that she was not serving us anymore and we had to leave the store because she was going to call the police. We didn’t have the slightest idea what we had done wrong and why she was threatening us with the police. We just wanted to buy a dozen of donuts. I asked her if she was the manager and she said - yes, and you never come here again. My husband tossed the box with the donuts back on the display case and pulled me out. There were other customers in the store watching this. It was embarrassing. She made us feel like criminals for pointing out that they were giving us 11 instead of 12 donuts. This happened on December 31st. She completely destroyed our day and our New Year’s mood. Even if someone pays me to go back to this place, I will never go there. The lady manager there is the rudest person I have met in my life. She should not be allowed to work...
Read moreI have to start by saying that when i was in college, I used to live at this location, and of all the times I visited, the staff was awesome and the food/drinks were great. But this last time I went, I waited in a short line for over 20 minutes watching the cashier work slower than molasses and give everyone she served a bad attitude. She even tried to talk badly about her fellow employees to costumers because they were "standing around doing nothing while I'm here doing everything myself". Very unprofessional, and I must add that everyone but her was busting their butts and working very quickly. After the cashier helped the family in front of me in line, it took her another several minutes to return and take my order. I had now been waiting 22 minutes. I went in that day because i was spending the day with my son and when it's just the two of us we traditionally get hot chocolate and muffins from tim's. He was waiting for me in the car this entire time. When the cashier asked for my order I requested 2 extra large hot chocolates and began asking for the muffins but was cut off by her saying "we don't serve hot chocolate in extra large size". I was a surprised because that's what I always order, so in a little dismay i asked her "since when?" She then said "well i guess then i don't know how to enter it" then proceeded to ask for help. She was told where to find it, but as she entered the order she said "you don't have to be rude about it. I can refuse you service". I was in shock. To the best of my knowledge, i had waited in line patiently, I even let the woman behind me order when they opened a second register to cut down the line that was now out the door, and though i was a bit hurried, I assure you I took no tone of hostility with this woman. I asked, to clarify "wait, you think I'm being rude?" To which she said very unkindly "Yes. And I will refuse to serve you". I was beside myself and left without...
Read moreToday I went to purchase my favorite lunch and unfortunately had terrible service. I ordered my meal And a muffin, $9.20 total. I waited as usual, no issue there, generally it’s worth the wait. I quickly checked my bag after she brought it out to me and my chips are missing. So I go in and ask for my missing chips and I’m told, oh I thought you wanted the muffin not chips. To which I reply, $10 bucks is a lot for a sandwich and muffin isn’t it? So she said what was your drink and I replied, just tea and she was like oh, you want chips honey I’ll get you some. So I took the bag not paying much attention, I assume I’m getting what I paid for which is a full bag...I get to my car and open my bag to find about 10chips total (I’m on my lunch so I’m in a hurry, well I was up to this point)... I’m over it at this point so I just walk all the food back in and ask for a refund. They pull up the order to refund and say to one another, oh she did have chips and a muffin! My point in this isn’t that I need a full bag of chips, it is that I paid for a product that I did not receive and that the staff appeared more concerned with getting me on my way then correcting their error. I eat here several times a week and I purchase regularly for my monthly staff meetings and/or staff birthdays. I don’t mind paying for and/or waiting for good food and this is honestly the first review I’ve ever given a restaurant...I won’t be going back for a while. I go enough to know there has been a lot of turnover, looks like they are having an issue getting good staff who know their job and how to provide good...
