I was told it was an awesome place for Pizza.. Well what amused me was the go sit down.. look at menu..then get up and place your order at the counter.. and pay.. you get a number then you wait for your pizza to be delivered to your table.. ok.. interesting concept.. but then I looked at what I paid for my order. .. firstly they were not cheap.. for that price I would at least expect table service.. Then secondly.. seems that they were a bit short handed.. as we waited about 50 minutes for our order to finally arrive at table. . By that time I was put off by the long wait.. and did not enjoy the pizza to its fullest.. Toppings was plenty a fair amount of cheese used.. If I knew the wait would be that long I would have left.. but I already paid for my order.. So on the food side was it worth the higher price.. I don't think so.. when I look at places like pieology where I can also overfill my pizza.. but for less.. both in price and wait.. Ambiance. .. somehow the price did not justify the decor and setup.. more like a fast food diner.. The rest room at the restaurant end was locked so I could not use it.. but found one by the entrance.. at the take away counter.. so I am going to give it a midway.. was not overly impressed. .but I was not totally disgusted..

The lunch special here is absolutely awesome! I got toasted ravs with a salad and their house italian dressing is the BEST! I've tried their pasta and that was pretty good too. We went on the day it was snowing a LOT. cars were stuck on the street and sliding , my brakes & tires wouldn't cooperate. The lady at the counter who took our orders and gave us our food was EXTREMELY rude & rushing us to give her our order. She had an attitude that was uncalled for. I heard her complain because the "boys" working weren't coming in / asking if they had to come in. I almost crashed multiple times and had to drive at 20 mph on the high way right after I left so, I don't think she needed an attitude over them not risking their lives and cars for a job!!! One of the highways was completely closed off. It baffles me that the customers get treated like this and that they care more about their business than the life of their employees. I understand being under pressure because it's only 1 or 2 people working and a lunch rush but, it's extremely wrong to take it out on your customers, especially loyal customers! My table almost left because of the rude environment. Please do better -

Tasty food and good service. The place has a "different" setup--you sit down with a menu, then go to the counter and order, then your food is brought to you. If, like me, you've never been there before, this is good to know ahead of time, but they seemed used to customer confusion. One thing that was odd, especially for an Italian restaurant, is the lack of salt, pepper, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes on each table. Only napkins were available, and I had to bug the person taking orders to get even a salt and pepper shaker, and they had to yell to have someone in the back bring them out. Very strange. Anyway, I ordered breaded mushrooms and the large veggie salad. The large veggie salad would easily serve two, but I had walked a couple miles there in the heat, and I devoured it on my own. The mushrooms were mostly good, though a few were clearly burnt and I was told (without having asked) that there are "two different batters." 🤔 The blue cheese was tasty, even on the mushrooms--I felt the horseradish sauce that came with them could use a lot more horseradish. Had a very good meal. Excellent service from Brendan and Patrick. I'll be back.

They don’t have a negative or a zero so a one is it. I stopped going because of the service or lack of but decided to try again after two years. Ordered a salad, breadsticks and pizza at 547. It was minimal capacity when we arrived due to a downpour. We sat down and after 20 minutes people started coming in. About the fifth person sat down and then they got up to get sodas and came back to a salad and breadsticks. They were confused and my girlfriend and myself knew that was our salad and breadsticks so she went up to the front to talk to the guy that was the manager on duty. He said he would take care of it. Forward another 20 minutes and the salad comes. Mostly lettuce and a few veggies. Salad we ate but continued observing everyone that came in after getting there food. Girlfriend again went up to talk to the MOD and at that time the couple that sat by us told me that they witnessed the first encounter at the front and witnessed after my girlfriend left the MOD go back and make out salad with his bare hands. Once they had told me that I then went and confronted the MOD who admitted doing it because he wanted to rush the process. No GLOVES!! He is the one manning the front and answer phones , taking money and cards! I went back to my seat and had to calm down and waited for Shannon the manager . Now forward to after that and now being 639. Finally got breadsticks . 54 minutes later . Waited until 7 and no pizza so a third time had to go up and was told the pizza was in the oven. Finally at 717 we got pizza . And hour and a half later . My girlfriend then again went to see where Susan was and the MOD at the front desk that told her he told her but she was the one manning the oven and couldn’t make her come out. He did refund the salad but he said he couldn’t do anything else cause he wasn’t the manager just the manager on duty that actually didn’t work at that location and hasn’t for over two years . Shannon unfortunately you’re a coward and knew of an issue and wouldn’t address or discuss anything. That’s not a manager. You’re a business that is in a customer facing and you failed! This won’t go anywhere and I’m sure Shannon is most likely a repeat offender of this. This was not only a horrible experience that could have been maybe turned around but the health violation infraction is the concern! Unfortunately I won’t step foot in either...

It was my first time ever trying this place tonight and I'll never come back (Not that they care) but still if I didn't have such a bad experience I wouldn't even leave this review! I ordered a large Bob's Deluxe and I added bacon to it! Now I'm far from cheap but it cost me 30 bucks, so I was expecting a great hot quality pizza made the right way! I get the pizza and it was barely cooked and had no char to it! There was barely any bacon (Like maybe a few pieces( It looked like mostly a bed of onions and green pepper. Like hardly any sausage or mushrooms either! My main issue was how undercooked it was! Extremely mediocre pizza for the price. I honestly just didn't want to wait any longer and didn't want the pizza anymore! I hadn't touched it at all other than opening it to look at it! So I nicely asked for a refund and the rude lady at the counter absolutely refused to do so. Even though I wasn't happy with it she would not give me my money back. That's when we had a heated exchange! I didn't have time to argue and didn't want to lose my temper any longer! Apparently the ignorant lady was the owner, I just told her keep your pizza and the money and i left since she couldn't do the right thing and refund me! I called back and she refused to listen to me so I basically got scammed out of 30 bucks lmao. I left the sorry excuse for a pizza too because it was trash! So its definitely not about money or me being cheap. It's about quality of the product and the disrespect I was given when asked for my money back because it wasn't made right in the first place in my opinion. I understand if she didn't want to eat the profit but still I've never had a place treat me like that and refuse to give me my money back! Very abrasive and unprofessional customer service Ms Shelly or whatever...

We went there today, because we had two gift certificates that we won in a charity auction a few months ago. When I went to pay the man threw them back at me, and said they were expired. I said, "Oh, ok." and looked to see that they had. I was a bit surprised, as we didn't even have them for six months. I have not heard of a place issuing gift certificates that expired before a year, but whatever. I then folded them and put them in my pocket. He then said, "You might as well throw those away." I just found that rude. I didn't really know what to do with them. I mean flopped them down in front of me, and there wasn't an obvious place to throw things away so... I also worked in retail management for years, and I would never allow someone to act like that in response to an expired coupon or something similar. It was very rude.

Anyways: We ordered several things. I tried a couple of the things in the car, because I knew that they would be not as good as when I arrived home, and I hadn't eaten yet today. They were both soggy, and in condensation filled containers (I was there within ten minutes of the provided completion time.) The regular pizza was good, but nothing special. The taco pizza didn't have any seasoning, so it was rather bland.

We just won't be going back. We tried them because of the gift certificates, and they were pretty expensive for pizza in our area. Since they were not as good as other options, we'll...
