Gone to partners many times and they can never seem to get the order right. Pick up my order today and again it was all wrong. Specifically asked for home fries NOT potatoes and we get the big potatoes. English muffin with butter and got a cold muffin with no butter. Eggs benedict looks like it was shaken up before we picked it up. Partners used to be a great restaurant and its done nothing but gone down hill. Very disappointing and I will never go again. I was not informed about the fryer being down and was very clear I did not want the potatoes the way I got them and repeated that multiple times and had I been made aware I would have chose the shredded hash browns instead. As for the condition of the benedict it was not due to shifting in the vehicle after pick up as I had it secured on the passenger floor and it did not move one bit what so ever in the vehicle. Patrons should not have to verify the condition of every meal they pick up or be concerned there order is correct when they repeat their self multiple times. I appreciate to offer to correct the matter with a complimentary benedict but I am not interested as this seems to be a routine. The previous time I ordered a power egg white sandwich and received a sandwich with a poorly fried egg and slice of cheese BUT was refunded the cost of the sandwich to my card. Other times we have specified shredded potatoes and received the same potatoes received in the order I wrote this review about, another time we requested and paid for extra hollandaise sauce and did not receive it. My girlfriend, friend, and I went out to breakfast here this past Saturday at about 12:30. We were seated outside and our drink orders were taken shorty after. This wasn't an issue and we began discussing things waiting for our order to be taken. HALF AN HOUR passes and nobody has taken our order. I flag a young sever down and she basically tells me that there is a large party inside and we have to get to them first. I have worked in food industry before, and I KNOW that is NOT what you say to a customer. We were there before the big party arrived there was no reason for us to wait 30 min to have our order taken. Still, another 15 min pass before we flag down someone else to take our order, and FINALLY a waitress greets us and places our order in. Granted, it is only getting hotter as time goes on so we really just wanted to leave as quickly as possible. The food was good, but it was not worth sitting in the heat just waiting for someone to give us the time of day. I really wish if management knew about this big party coming in they could have let us known when we arrived that we could have a longer wait time, and we could have went somewhere else. Mother’s Day Breakfast Perfection!

I’m literally sitting in the parking lot right now writing this because I can’t stop raving about my experience at Partners Restaurant. The food was unbelievably fresh, cooked to perfection, and absolutely delicious. I’m still talking about it!

I ordered the 2-2-2 with over-easy eggs, a side of cheesy hash browns, corned beef, and French toast topped with whipped cream and strawberries—every single bite was amazing. The eggs were cooked perfectly (not overdone or burnt, which I half-expected on a busy day like today), and everything came out hot and flavorful. Fresh corn beef what?!?! Their whipcream, you have to take some home. Their sized are very very generous too.

Even with the Mother’s Day crowd, we only waited about 30 minutes. Our server Caroline was a gem—so friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was great, and the whole experience felt relaxed and welcoming.

I will definitely be coming back. Five stars all the way!
