I found Sultan Restaurant by chance after leaving a nearby place following a business meeting. The first thing I noticed when I went into the restaurant was how beautiful decorated it is and it's simple charm. I of course thought to myself "wow this is going to be expensive". Once I had a look at the menu I realized it is quite reasonably priced. With that I decided to order a meal to go. They were wonderfully Covid Conscious during the interaction, and the cleanliness of this restaurant would rival that of my obsessive grandmother's cleanliness habits. So I was already feeling more at ease and the person taking my order was delightfully patient while I pointed at the menu and asked "what's that" like a toddler while trying to maintain a safe distance. The young womam cleverly got out her own copy of the menu so we could maintain a safe distance easily. Further winning my confidence in my safety and the quality of staff competence. They were as I mentioned delightfully patient and eager to explain the different dishes that they offer. I'd never had Turkish food before so I was tantalizingly intrigued. Once I ordered, the meals they brought me we're OUT OF THIS WORLD! The spices are perfectly aligned creating a culinary experience like no other! The delicate dishes had exactly the right amount of spices to maintain each unique characteristic. And the more dense dishes had a brilliant Pop of synergistic qualities that one could only get with the culinary insight that the chef obviously possesses. Im Turkish and this is the best Halal restaurant I have ever been in USA. I would give 10 star if I could. Everything came SO HOT and FAST to the table. First of all, they have lots of very special home made meals which is very rare when you compare to other Turkish restaurants. I HIGHLY recommend beef/veggie stew soup(kaynatma) as a start!! And then We ordered beef kebab, cheese pide as a main dish. Both didnt dissappoint as well! Meat cooked like you are in the michelin star restaurant. Green pepper in the dish is so hot Im warning :)) Cheese pide ls extraordinary, they put a lot of cheese! Lastly, I fell in love with the “Beef Hachapuri” ! I recently visited Sultans for a family-style dinner with a group of 13, and it was a delightful experience. Upon arrival, the presence of a Turkish grandma bustling in and out of the kitchen set the tone for an authentic meal. We enjoyed three platters brimming with lamb and chicken, which were more than sufficient for our group. The salad was notably fresh, enhancing our meal with its crispness, and the hummus was exceptional, tastefully garnished with paprika and oil for a genuine Turkish flavor.

The highlight of our dinner, however, was the meat. Despite our modest expectations, each piece was tender and beautifully caramelized, which was quite impressive. The bread was so addictive that I would visit again just to enjoy it. The decor and music added to the authentic Turkish ambiance, creating a family-friendly atmosphere.
