What a gem of a shop. We are staying in Springfield for Ironman 70.3 western mass and needed some ice cream after the race. Springfield is apparently closed on Sundays so we looked elsewhere. With my amazing wife's Google and yelp sleuthing we found scoops. It's in a random parking area and has indoor seating as well as a window to order from. The staff was super lovely letting us taste everything we wanted. The price was even crazy reasonable. Everything was quote delicious and they now have two new customers will be back whenever we're in town. While there they hosted a football team (American soccer) and have multiple video game areas in the shop with comfy seating as well as a bar counter type area. Also if you are into soft serve they have too many flavors to count Well done scoops and they are not affiliated with the scoops in Edgartown MV nor the scoops in Hanover New Hampshire. We had my son’s 4th birthday party this past Saturday at Scoops. The whole afternoon was perfection thanks to Nick, Valerie and Chris - the owners. Scoops is currently closed for the season but opened for the day for our private party. Val met me there early, she was waiting for me when I arrived. She helped me set up for the whole party. They allowed us to bring in a face painter for the kids which was a huge hit as well. Even though it is their ice cream they offered a good variety of ice cream and no shortage of toppings!! Nick Chris and Valerie were nothing but friendly and accommodating, making sure everyone who wanted ice cream got their ice cream. We chose to do the ice cream a la cart but there was also an option for an ice cream bar which was super tempting! We had my son's 8 year old birthday party at Scoops today. Service was incredible, with really quick responses to my questions leading up to the party, even when the emails were sent at odd times of day. The service was great the whole time, from setup to clean up - very friendly, cheerful, and helpful. All of our guests complimented us on having the party there since the 14 kids (plus my 2 boys) were having such a great time. All of the kids had fun ordering at the icecream window and playing video games (including one from when we were kids). The icecream and toppings were delicious too!
