Wendy's — Restaurant in Agawam

I went to Park Street Wendy's 2/19/24 and got a terrible Vanilla Frosty Cold Brew. I didn't feel comfortable bringing the drink back to them to fix, based on the lady's attitude. So I went all the way to agawam, where I have always had good luck (Its out of my way for work, thats why I didn't initially go. But I looked at the clock and figured I had enough time to get this fixed). I explained the situation and told them I went to s Wendys in west side and they made a really bitter drink and asked if they could just add a little more frosty to my drink to reduce the bitterness. The intercom lady told me to pull up. I get to the window and a man comes up (Manager?) he says that they can't help me, if they fix my drink then his store will lose money and that I need to go to park street (I didn't said the specific location, just west side, although he is correct) and have them fix their mistake. He kept repeating that they can't do anything because they will lose money, and the only way to get it fixed is to go back to the original maker of the drink. I just said ok and went to work. I wasn't going to deal with either stores. I didnt have the time to go back to the original. I'm disappointed in both locations. Neither had good customer service. I understand if he could fix the drink and tell me next time I need to go to the original, but honestly the guy gave off vibes that his only concern is the cost...

Literally the worst fast service I'm amew England after 7PM or so. These idiots are so high they can even remember what to say when they pick up the intercom. EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here at night (they get worse as the night progresses) I have to pull up a*nd wait 10min for either meat, fries, or nuggets. They are horrible. The orders are almost always messed up even when you order something as simple as a 4 for 4. I can't believe that the owner doesn't care nor does corporate but Wendy's got rid of the compliant email so I bet most people never voice their dissatisfaction, and instead never return or go to west side. I hope the owner sees this and understands how go'd awful these stoned morons are. Will NOzt go back there at night again. I am not a McD's guy but I'd rather get their subpar food than have to deal with tshe Wendy's...

Heard that they changed. Went back after 3 years and they still are absolutely horrible. Why are they still in this town? Showed up at 11:00 only to be told that they have no meat of any kind cooked and it would be a very long wait.

Tried this location twice. Both times I ended up with a ruined lunch. The first time I left without looking and ended up with someone elses food. I ordered nuggets and got a sandwich with cheese that I'm unable to eat. Today I tried one more time hoping it was just an off day the last time...nope. My drink was wrong, my meal was wrong, my husbands meal was wrong and I was given no straws or napkins. The lady was super nice and apologetic but I think they need more help or they need to double and triple check their orders they send...
