McDonald's — Restaurant in Aguadilla

Everyone was very nice and very Professional. The reason I say that they are very professional is I was in line a tourist gave the Employees. Such a hard time all about a ice cream that only come in a small cup. This lady failed to release that's how they come no matter what McDonald's in Puerto rico or in the states. Everyone kept there cool even after the lady throws the change at them. I can say something if she did this back we she lives they would of probably been fighting and kick her out. DO NOT USE THE CURBSIDE PICKUP OPTION! My boyfriend bought his food on the app, went by the restaurant, parked in the designated area, and marked that he was there. "Your order will be ready in 5 minutes." 10 minutes go by, no one comes out. We see the drive thru fill up and die down three times in those 10 minutes. That was at least 30 cars. The app status says "order prepared". He decides to go inside. His food ISN'T READY. He comes back outside. The drive thru fills up and dies down again; 10 more cars. He goes back in. STILL NOTHING. They always forget part of your order, they serve the ice cream before you get to the window and by the time it gets to you its so melted that you could slurp it with a straw. Its supposed to be open 24/7 but they close randomly whenever they want after you've done waited a long time in drive-thru (sometimes hours) and also closes for the truck that brings them the merchandise,and then they tell you a lie about why they close like "the system automatically shuts down and resets at 3:30am so we had to temporarily close".
