I visited your establishment today and, unfortunately, was not greeted upon arrival. I understand that you were assisting another customer, but a simple acknowledgment—such as “Good day, I’ll be right with you”—would have made a difference. Another customer entered after me, and neither of us received a greeting.
I also placed a mobile order but did not see my food in the pickup area. Since you and your associate were deeply engaged with another customer, I waited patiently rather than interrupting. When I was finally acknowledged as the next person in line and mentioned my mobile order, there was no apology for the wait or any reassurance.
As someone with customer service experience, I believe small gestures of acknowledgment go a long way in improving the overall experience. I hope this feedback helps enhance future...

Read moreI waited for 20 minutes in the DRIVE THROUGH for a wrap which doesn’t even need toasted so it’s a super quick order not to mention I was the only car in the drive through. After the girl In the drive through took my order she didn’t even start making my food. She and another guy started making orders for the only two people in the store who got there AFTER me.
