We stopped by around 6pm on our way back to SC last night, I went in and there were no customers in the store and no employee's at the front. I finally saw a lady making orders and greeted her and just waited for a few minutes for someone to take my order and another lady did come take my order. It was kind of a big order (a 12pk and some chicks) I had a few specifications and every time I said something she kept telling me my total and I wasn't finished yet. So we got it ordered and had to wait for 20 minutes, so we got our food and went on our way. Well we had one or two in the car and saved the rest. And early this morning I had to get up to go to the bathroom and it was multiple times, and that was all I had eaten last night. So I was very dissatisfied with the customer service and with the food quality. As soon as we got the food I checked it and none of it was hot and the buns were hard. Read moreMy daughter and I stopped in for something to eat before we hit the road. We were told abruptly upon getting to the speaker that it was going to be a 20 minute wait for Krystals so we ordered something else. After waiting for a few minutes the car in front of us is talking to a male worker who is continuously looking in our car every few seconds but continues the conversation for minutes. They never exchanged money or food and then the car pulls up and parks in the parking lot. After we finally get tonthe window, the male leaves and the female tells us after approximately 15 minutes waiting that she knows we are going to be mad but she cant serve us at all because she is locked out of her register. Had the male employee asked the car ahead of us to pull up and they continued their conversation in the parking lot/building or whatever, we could've shaved 5-7 minutes off our wait time...for nothing! Read moreI can honestly say that this was the longest I have ever waited for food in a drive thru, especially since there was only one car ahead of me ( not including the car that was already at the window when I drove up). I understand that sometimes issues can’t be avoided. Maybe they were very short handed. Whatever the case, I have a suggestion for any business who might be reading this review…. To some of us, we would appreciate hearing this from you if you have offered less than good service. Whether it be a good reason or not, a simple acknowledgement and/or apology goes a long ways. This was not done during the 45 minutes I waited for my order for 2, so I can’t honestly give more than three stars since it appeared to me that the employees didn’t see a problem with this type of service. I hope this isn’t the case, but I have no plan to revisit this location anytime soon and risk being stuck there...
