SLP can improve by not being so rude. They hung up on us because they could not understand instead of just communicating that. After they literally rejected my call 3 times they finally answered and when I told her my order in Spanish she literally rushed me off the phone while I was trying to place the rest of our order. Literally got cut off every time. There was a language barrier, okay, I adjusted to them and at the end of the day still would not give me just 2 minutes to place a simple order. Cinco de Mayo got me out to support my Mexican community which we all couldn't live without. After all, they build our houses, grow our food and have good restaurants.
