Pat's Sub Shop — Restaurant in Aiken County

Horrible 1st time experience! I have never been to this sub shop but I received a coupon for a free 6" meal so I decided to try it out. I requested a "super" with no salami and no oregano, add black olives. The women making my sub named janet, proceeded to tell him if I got black olives they would be extra, she had an attitude but I didn't pay it no mind and just told her to leave the olives off. I got my sub and left. I checked it when I got on the road. It was totally wrong. Oregano was on it along with salami & it was missing mayo. At first I wasnt going to call bc I figured since it was free I wouldnt worry about it. But then I said well let me call just so they know. The lady the answered the phone was nice, I explained to her my order was wrong she apologized & put me on hold and then Janet proceeded to get on the phone. Janet answers the phone and says "yea" I was quiet and said "um hello, I guess the girl didnt explain the story" so I told her she made my sub wrong, she proceeded to say "well the menu is right in the front & if you would have looked you, it shows all the toppings" she was very rude and had a bad attitude. So I told her I would speak with her face to face bc her attitude was horrible and she then HUNG UP on me. So needless to say I will NEVER come back to this place. Not to mention one of the other cashiers coughing right...

Food was GREAT the first go....and pretty disappointing the second visit when I took a friend there. They got o quit wrapping the subs in the parchment paper....by he time I got home with my to-go Order all my provolone cheese was completely stuck to it. I added some mozzarella to the remainder of the meatball sub before tossing it in the oven...and...really good. Oh yeah....please try their brownies....5 out of 5 for them! I will try the subs one more time though and mention the issue I had so we can avoid it. I like Pat's. I would like to become a...

The best chicken salad in S.C.!!! Their pasta salad is also amazing.. The first thing I noticed when walking in to Pat's Sub Shop, was the clean smell and the fact that the floor and tables were all incredibly clean! The people who work there were super nice. We bought a couple of croissants and a tub of chicken salad and brought it home. It was absolutely delicious! We cannot wait...
