1st time visiting. I was "waited " on and I say that loosely . by Bianca.. we ordered a #1 single with no cheese fries and frosty and a double with cheese fries and frosty and a bowl of chili .. our order came to $27.22 and we were dining in .. I handed her $30.00.. she did not know how to count change ..so completely ignored me at this point and acted like she wasn't going to give me my change .. when she FINALLY figured it out.. she literally rolled the bills and coins tightly into the receipt and just hands it to me all rolled up.. I just kind of stood there thinking "what the hell is this " thats no way to hand someone their change .. I stood there for what seemed like an eternity but finally took the tightly rolled up receipt and change no thank you or any response from her at this point . Noticed no one else's receipt got rolled up with their change in it . But she did short the customer after me a dollar.. he asked her about it ..she was kinda rude about giving it back but anyway back to me.. so I'm waiting on my order .. and waiting and waiting and waiting .. ended up being 18 mins to finally get an order but it was wrong... twice .. finally get the order and she's placing items in bags.. sat there and watched her fill 5 bags for 7 items when I reminded her ..we were dining in and asked her do I not get a tray ? She started taking items out of the bags ..slamming them on to a tray and then had the audacity to say to another employee "why are customers so rude today?" Right in front of my face no doubt .. now I can tell you I was getting pissed but held my composure fully with her .. by this time customers were lining up and no one is taking any orders anymore .. she turns around and starts playing with a tablet of some sort..and has her back to the counter ... 26 mins to actually get my completed order .. like I said 1st time visiting this store and I can guarantee you it will be the last. The atmosphere was loud from the overhead music playing .. food was mediocre at best.. but by far the most appalling and rudest employee I have ever encountered in my 63 years ...
Read moreOrdered a large #9, double with extra bourbon sauce and tanglers on the side. Got all the way home and they'd given me a junior burger. Drove 10 miles back to their restaurant and told the manager I'd had to drive 20 miles round trip bc the order was wrong and I'd tried calling TWENTY SEVEN TIMES to discuss with them before driving all the way back but the phone was busy every single time. I asked if they would refund my money bc gas is so outrageously expensive & I'd had to drive an extra 20 miles bc of their mistake and for them to provide the correct order as well and she looked at me and goes "OH WELL!" as rude as she could. Unbelievable. I was nice about it being wrong and asked nicely to have them refund and replace but when she said "oh well" I couldn't believe it. I told her I'd tried calling g first but the phone was busy the whole time and she AGAIN said "oh well." They took 15 minutes to replace my order (pretty sure intentionally) and did not say they were sorry nor refund my money. On top of all that, I get home and they'd given me a Burger with the hot spicy honey sauce on it instead of a bourbon Burger. I am allergic to the hot spice they use and ended up sick as a dog bc I took a bite of it before realizing what they'd done. Horrible. Awful. Ignorant. Rude. Contemplating pursuing this legally bc I had to seek Medical care bc of the reaction to the spices in the sauce they put on their instead of the bourbon sauce. And I KNOW they did it...
Read moreOrdered biggie bag in the drive thru. After receiving my bag I noticed the fries were grey- soggy, and warm. I turned my car around and went into the store. I asked the female at the counter why my fries looked like that. She rolled her eyes at me and said "I'm clocking out" and walked off the line. A second man came up and tried to exchange the fries for another batch of greyed out fries. I looked at the fries and told him I wanted a refund, He went and got a manger. When the manager walked up, he simply said "what did you have". I told him a biggie bag, he went in the register to get my refund. I asked him if he had any interest in asking me why I wanted a refund? or possibly seeing if there was anything he can do to accommodate me? and he said "the fry vat is broken, its nothing I can do about it, I've been reporting it for weeks". I would have reported it by using the back of my receipt and calling the number, however I read the back and it says once you leave a review, you can bring the validation code back to the SAME location to receive $2.00 off my next order.
