Going to start by saying I don’t completely blame the night crew. But you need to get better people working nights to make up for your day crew. They had almost no bread, out of rotisserie, no steak, had to get strips from the back. The lady working didn’t help me but she was so rude to the lady behind me. Tried to walk to the back with 3 customers behind me saying she had to do dishes. The sweet lady behind me told her customers are more important and she replied THATS WHAT IM DOING MAAM, what do you want? So much happened while I was there, no hand washing, picking knives off the floor and back on the line. But when I got home my son’s cheesy dipper wasn’t in the bag, my husband could hardly chew through his sandwich and mine had pieces of chicken that were still cold around the heated up chicken. This store is so dirty and everyone is so slow, I won’t be back anytime soon if ever. I’ll probably just start going to jimmy John’s even though it’s quite a bit out of my way. Don’t come unless you have coupons and don’t care about even an okay sandwich.
I was recently was in the airway heights location picking up an online order. I went to go inside and doors were locked, it was 5:05 pm, Noticed sign on door that they were closed, I began to get very upset as I had made an online order and of course already paid for it! I seen an employee inside and began knocking on the door, I was let in and was informed this employee “Anita” was very ill and needing to go to the ER. With that all being said , this amazing lady stayed and made my order, and as badly as she was feeling gave me the best service ever! She brought items back out that she had already put away to make my sandwich. She never once seemed put out or complained. Management needs to know what an exceptional person and employee they have with Anita. I hope she is feeling a lot better! Thank you Anita for your kind and best service ever! Also best sandwich ever! To management, do better on having more than one...
Read moreI will say, after reading the past reviews, I was skeptical about going to this place. I had just woken up, my family was hungry, and we didn't want to cook dinner. I was a bit cranky and if they were rude, it wasn't going to be pretty lol. However, I walked in, and was greeted kindly by the two ladies working night shift (around 7:30 - 8:00). I rarely order Subway, so I didn't really know how to order. The young lady behind the counter helped me through all my orders (which was pretty big) and she was nice and sociable (I didn't catch her name). The establishment was very clean, the sandwich condiments were tidy (no loose veggies or pieces of meat just scattered all over the place), the two ladies wore gloves when making our food (they showed great teamwork). I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and the food tasted great! I will definitely be returning...
