I've been frequenting Angel Falls for more than a decade to enjoy the local atmosphere and the good coffee which, by and large, is always good quality. However, the customer service has severely declined over the years (which is a shame because it used to be much better.) Zach is usually grumpy and hard to deal with enough, but Dave is downright argumentative and extremely disrespectful. The last time I was there he made me the wrong drink (hot instead of iced) but when I corrected him he proceeded to argue with me and raise his voice even when the girl next to me informed him that no, HE had been the one to make the mistake. He repeatedly snapped at and talked over me to the point that I really just wanted to walk out. This is typical behavior there nowadays, and I am so fed up with some of the workers there thinking they are entitled to be so rude just because they know many of the customers as regulars. From now on I will be looking for another coffee shop.
