Mr. Hero — Restaurant in Akron

Ok, so after a family emergency that resulted in me and my kids being out very late we stopped to grab sandwiches bc it was one of last places open. My daughter is allergic to mushrooms so we order the plain cheese steaks. The lady taking the order (Robin R) was rude off top, but it was late and there was a line so I tried to let it go. When we pulled around towards the window she let a guy walk up to the window and he almost got hit by the car in front of us who was trying to pull up as he was next and there's a sign in the window saying they won't take walk ups but she let him jump in line even though it was dangerous. We finally get up to the window and she IDs us. I asked why bc there wasn't a name on the card we were using, she rolled her eyes and snapped "because you spent so much". Ma'am we're feeding 4 kids and 2 adults and you guys raised your prices again. We'd like it to not be that much either lol. She slammed the window and a few minutes later handed us out the food. We got home and I obviously checked the food to be safe, and she put onions and mushrooms on every sandwich. If I hadn't checked we would've been a world of trouble because of my daughters allergy. Checked the receipt and she rung every sandwich as a deluxe which not only is more expensive but includes everything we asked to NOT have on. So we got overcharged and my daughter couldn't even eat. I know I should've checked before we pulled out, but we were tired and just wanted to get home and eat. With the prices up and a disregard for good customer service and giving the correct food, I would not go back. Nor would I recommend it to anyone. If I could rate lower than one...

I'm thoroughly pissed off. I just left there, ordered Hot Buttered Cheese steak and asked for 2 cheeses for my fries. Get all the way home to find out that not only is there not 2 cheeses, there are no cheeses. This is the 3rd time in as many weeks that the same exact thing has happened and I've paid for the extra cheese each time. Order two sandwiches that was pose to have double meats n 10 inches they bothe were 7 inches n only one had double cheese but no one order doubles cheese n they both didnt have double meat n when i called back the manger goes u can bring bac the sandwiches n pay for the extras n for the correct size but y pay for it if the girl that takes ur order messed up n was charged for the chesse for the fries n didnt get it either.
