Taco Bell — Restaurant in Akron

Normally descent food and service. Things happen...However this night was different.

My husband a bought 5 Mexican pizzas and guess what?? The taco shells taste rancet. Strong bitter taste. 😜This never happened before.

I called the location to inform them that my husband was bringing them back.

Instead of empathy and checking the shells and offering something else or a refund; this happens⤵😣

NOT A NICE PERSON The woman/manager that answered the phone was cold,disrespectful and indifferent tone as if I was making this up. While being very bilegerant about the situation she informed me that they will remake it but not refund my husband.

I asked if she could taste the shells to see the problem just in case it was a bad batch.❓

She said they were good this morning.WOW😱 and hung up on me...

My husband went back to the Arlington Rd Akron. location and was met with the rudeness and treated with worse disrespect just for walking in the door. She said the door was locked❗❓She said "How did you get in?"

Get this...She sent him to the drive thru just to deny him service. You cant make this stuff up!! She refused service...TSK❗😡

My husband ate half and not feeling well. Going to hospital and calling the corporate office. Food is in freezer.

I ordered the new chicken burrito and paid extra for extra sour cream and there was barley any on either of the burritos I got. I wouldn't recommend anyone to ever order anything extra from any restaurants especially taco bell because you can't see them add it and I have never received what I paid extra for from any taco bell restaurant in Akron. Either the management doesn't require the employees to actually do their jobs or the company it's self doesn't make their employees to actually complete the orders has they're requested. Thought I'd be nice and try this location again and went there tonight and wanted to place two separate orders ( we were the only car in the whole parking lot ) And was told I could not back up and pull forward to start a separate order. This is just proof to me as too how lazy our new generation of Americans...

Avoid this location like the plague. After waiting almost 20 mins for 2 tacos and nachos and cheese, my lunch break was over, and I asked for a refund so I wouldn't be late coming back for lunch. The guy making the food kept yelling "He's fine, he can wait. He hasn't been here that long". He said that multiple times. There are far too many places around for me to ever set food back in this store again. That is extremely disrespectful to yell at a customer that's been waiting for close to 20 minutes.... Not to mention that there were no napkins out, no lids and all the sanitation stands were out of sanitizer, and the bathrooms all have locks.

This was the worse fast-food experience in my life. You couldn't pay me to eat there again. I will never pay a business to get...
