Horrible customer service!!!! so it looks like they took down my post from a few weeks back because I had a lot of information in it, but let me just tell you run as fast as you can from this place. They have literally stood in between me and getting into my house where my infant child was laying her head preventing me from going into my house ! (i just had gave birth) I even communicated that I was in a hospital delivering my child and they never stopped calling . I have gone to this store since about 4 months after it opened. I have furnished my whole house through them and have spent ALOT of money with them. I will never be back nor will I recommend anyone to come there. Any eagle rental store for that matter. I have paid everything off and was going to rent from you again but the manager Rodney refused me cause I had an issue with an employee. I have never had an issue with any of the employees till now. All the other employees here are great except for Rodney and Tiffany. I am telling you Rodney is going to lose you alot of business and money. Rodney and his team are the truth. People feel some way about renting, you shouldn't. For one, they have the best deals and 4 months same as cash. I take advantage of the 4-month program often. If you ain't legit trying to pay for your stuff wrong route but if you want good quality items then its a no brainer. I have been using them for everything over the past 12 years and I have always gotten a good deal and pay my stuff off and it works out. Just had to say that.
