I had to give it one star because they didn't have a negative opinion. I ordered through their front desk with the store customer service. My pizza arrived very uncooked, dough was so uncooked I was better rolling it with the garlic sauce and making garlic bread with a pepperoncini on top. What surprised me and concerned me the most was when I called the store and spoke to the manager. She said her name was " Barbie" and far from one, she was so rude. Told me when I told her I did not want this uncooked pizza that it was not HER PROBLEM. This was not all she refused to refund me unless I went to the store, mind this was a delivery pizza. She laughed and told me she was the manager and if I wanted a refund I was to come to the store. I asked her for her corporate number. She had the audacity to give me false information in which I later was able to correct through a Google search. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE THINKING ABOUT ORDERING FROM THIS STORE LOCATION SAVES THEIR MONEY AND CHOSES A DIFFERENT STORE. I've never had such terrible experience with a Papa John's. I ordered my papadia on the app at 8:45ish I got to the location around 9 I got told itās gonna be another 15-20 minutes so I pulled around the building like a considerate adult. So boom I let 15 minutes pass so I go to get back in line and ended up waiting an additional 30+ minutes as Iām typing this itās currently 9:45 so Iāve been waiting now 45 minutes. I get it itās Friday night but locking the door isnāt the answer because I wouldāve came inside and grabbed my order instead of waiting 40+ minutes on my order this is wild.
Update 1: itās now 9:45 Iām still stuck in this line. Again wouldāve been nice to have the option to just go inside since Iām almost 95% certain that Iām going to end up getting cold food at this point.
Update 2: itās 9:47 I just now received my order the sticker shows I ordered it at 8:39ā¦thatās a whole hour and 10 minutes later....

He claims he received a call from someone that āgaveā my name, number, and address and changed my order from delivery to pick up and added items. This is literally impossible because my number is an out of state number. I'm the only person with access to this number and my information. I never received an email stating the order was voided either. The manager proceeded to argue with me on the phone and did not attempt to rectify the issue.
