This place used to be a great time, however recently the quality of the guest experience is extremely poor.

I know music taste is subjective but the music they play is lackluster most weekends. This is made apparent by the empty dance floor.

Many members of the staff are rude and show no accountability, this is proven by the way they reply to negative reviews.

If you do decide to come here steer clear of the bartender Jim W. He will go out of his way to be rude to you. He has an absolutely awful attitude and should stay far away from the service industry.

Lastly, and most concerning is the quality of the alcohol they serve. About a month ago I ordered a glass of my preferred liquor neat. What I received tasted so ridiculously far from what I know this liquor to taste like that he either mixed up the bottle with a lower tier liquor or they are not being honest about what’s in their bottles. I have experienced this on more than one occasion....

I recently left a review, do to my poor experience at this location. They recently responded by accusing me of being rude and treating staff poorly. They must not even realize who they are responding to because I was not even rude to staff. I stayed for 5 minutes and left. It seems funny to me how they respond negatively to all of the bad reviews. The ownership of this establishment has no place in the service industry if they do not know how to properly deal with complaints and trainer staff. Is an operations manager oh, I will give you the advice that you need to work on how you present yourself go through your actions and your correspondence online. Never get into a back-and-forth exchange, especially online. You, as the business owner, will always lose that. Dude, this club looks amazing annd is in an amazing spot and the drinks are fine and the prices are great but they need a better line up of DJs. The music has never sucked worse. Zub’s is full of old people at this very moment I type this and the music playing there is better than here. Please. Bring some better music to Akron.
