I would love to know who the franchise owner of this location and the Airport/Schillinger rd location is. I visited both locations tonight and at the first location, the Semmes location, we were greeted at the drive thru by some young man coming over the speaker and saying “yeah the register has to reboot so have a good night”. Once we said that we would wait, a few minutes later they came back over the speaker and told us that the register can’t reboot with us waiting there. So we left and drove to the second location, Airport/Schillinger, and there were no staff to be found. All of the lights were on and the hours clearly state that they close at 12am. This was shortly after 9pm. There was no signage posted about closing early and other cars were behind us in the drive thru and NOT ONE SINGLE employee was to be found. This is ridiculous and I would love to let whoever owns these locations know how poorly they are being ran and that they are losing money from the poor...
Read moreSo, last evening 5/9/2021at approximately 8:45 pm while sitting in a line for approximately 20 minutes the lights were tuned off in a store that has had the lobby closed for days. There were approximately 5 vehicles behind me and now just one ahead of me. The other vehicles ahead of him were slowly proceeding to the drive thru window. No one would answer the gentleman ahead of me. He eventually kept calling “hello” and finally an employee said “I’m sorry we are now closed, thank you” when the customer questioned the fact that we were all in line waiting and after sitting for quite a while they just decide to close with no explanation.... the employee replied “the manager says we have done all we can do today and she doesn’t make those decisions. Read moreI arrived at the Arby's on Schillinger Rd in Semmes at 9:25pm. There we're about 8 or 9 people in the drive thru line already. By the time the car in front of me reached the speaker, the employees turned off the lights and refused to answer the lady ahead of me. After she got irritated and drove off I pulled to the window. There we're 3 females and 1 male that completely ignored me! I knocked on the window and the guy pointed at his wrist and said we're closed. I told him I had been sitting in the line since 9:25 and it was only 10:03 at this point. They all laughed and went back to ignoring me. They refused to serve me and the 5 cars that we're behind me that had all been there prior to 10pm. It was extremely rude and unprofessional!
