I tried to call the Meridianville, AL store for a day and a half to report a messed up order but only finally got them the day AFTER my order was placed and picked up. When I did get someone to answer she lied and said she was the district manager then told me "well, I didn't make your order" and never even tried to apologize. I wasn't even going to ask for it to be redone (wrong type salad). She then berated me over the phone and hung up on me 3 times ( I tried to call back twice). She also rudely told me "you're not even a person". I ended up having to reach out to the Winchester Road store and the store manager was so polite and professional he even offered to make me a free pizza but I told him "it's not about the food, it's about her rudeness". And I thanked him for actually listening to me. This "manager" at the Meridianville location needs some customer service training. I don't know how they still even have her as a manager. She needs to be demoted and retrained. I will NEVER go back to that store again. I will drive out of the way to go to another location, prob the Winchester Rd location since they know how to be nice and actually treat a customer professionally.
I really hope either the DM or corporate checks these reviews.
By the way, every time either me or my parents try to call this store 90% of the time they will not answer the phone. My parents sat on hold for over 10 mins yesterday just trying to place the original order. They finally had to give up and asked me to place it online for them. (They like to talk to a person and don't understand how to do online orders.) They have previously had to drive out of the way to go to another location because they couldn't get anyone to even pick...
Read morePlaced an order and paid through the app for a hotspot pickup. Received a confirmation email and text message. About 20 minutes later, I received a text message stating the order was ready and the delivery driver was on the way to the hotspot location. I immediately left my house to headed to the pickup location. I received a text when I got in my car from the delivery driver stating “ Hey this is Anne with domino's I'm ready to meet” I immediately responded with “ I'm on my way. Thank you.“ 5 minutes later, I arrived at the pickup location and received a second text stating my order was canceled. I called the store and they stated the order was canceled because the delivery driver was unable to reach me.
I relayed the details to the manager and explained that I was at the pickup location already. I also responded to the text from the delivery driver immediately. I had only received one text stating she was ready to meet which I instantly responded that I was on my way and the second text stating the order was canceled. I did not receive any phone calls, emails or anything.
There was no other explanation given, just that my order was canceled and they could remake it for me and that would take another...

I haven't had Domino's in a long time and had issues with them in the past with the easy their Pizza's tasted plus my family and I would often get sick when we tried them so we gave up a long time ago on Domino's. I decided that maybe after all these long years, maybe they have changed as my oldest daughter has got pizza from them and liked it. I was very presently surprised at how much better they tasted since last I had them. I was stationed in Europe for a very long time so the pizza isn't as good as many that I had in Europe, but this is American style pizza. We have been getting pizza from papa johns since coming back and I have been pleased with them as well for American style pizza, but now I have another choice here in my area and my family all seems to enjoy it. Glad I gave them a second chance. I think it was a good 20 years since I last had a Domino's pizza due to the issues I had and being stationed overseas, but glad to see things changed for the better...
