I always visit this location, but this last visit will make it my last. The staff needs to go over food handling safety again. Two things happened, I sat in the lobby awaiting my food watching the food prep team prepare meals to go and for dine in customers. The entire time one female on the line touched her hair, rubbed her nose, fixed her hair, rubbed her face several other times and I was hoping she didn't bag my food. She had gloves on, but that doesn't mean anything of you are unconsciously picking your nose and continuously tucking your loose hair behind your ear. I wanted to mention she should change her gloves. Half of the staff had masks on and the other half didn't. Not sure, what their plocy is here.
My second issue came when a male member passing out orders mistakenly gave my order to a drive thru customer. The customer took the meal into his vehicle and sat it on the passenger seat. Meanwhile, the female touching all over her hair comes running to the window that he had just passed the wrong order out the door.
I had already heard the order and knew it was mine, but its not my responsibility to get involved, so I waited. The male was able to get the drive thru customers attention before pulling off. He informed him he was passed the wrong order. They swapped out the bags. So, now my order has been removed from the car and passed back thru the window. The male expo-ing orders , says my name and asked if I had that order. I said yes, he proceeded to give me the same bag of food that had just been given to another customer. I informed him I wouldn't take it, and it had already been in someone's hands and someone's car.
If you haven't worked in the food industry you won't know. But you should NEVER pass that already contaminated food to someone else. The male argued with me that it was fine, that it was just like if he passed it to me and it should be no issue. I told him again I would need my order remade. The staff didn't seem to excited, laughed and very clearly on their face showed annoyance.
If it was done right the first time, I wouldn't have asked for a remake. He took the contaminated food back into the kitchen and sat it on the counter. Did not dispose of it, im sure the next person was given that food.

Recently they started taking after what I call the Chick-fil-A model where someone comes out with a tablet and takes your order in advance speeding up the process dramatically. Even though this process has been speeded up you still have a line to wait in. I literally turned out of the turning lane into the drive and stopped I was approximately the 9th car in line. Once my order was taken at the curbside I was informed of the price. 401. I asked the gentleman is that correct? He said yes we recently had a menu change I said well this is always been 374. I said my check did not go up 25 cents I said that's not even a reasonable increase without any kind of notice. So thinking now with this price increase we must be getting something extra for the value. It was the exact opposite. I had ordered queso fries with bacon bits like I always do. The woman comes to the window of course she gets my name wrong which is okay and hands me my order. So me knowing there is now a price increase that is not reasonable and without warning I checked my order. I was looking for the quality increase for the price. Not only was there not a quality increase they had left out the eating utensil. Well with a long line unless you're willing to wait a good bit I had to park and go in which totally defeated the purpose of drive thru. Look folks if we're going to increase the price we got to step up to the plate for that increase you got sorry and you got worse I'm a loyal customer and have been for many years but there is no reason for this. Just as steak and shake unreasonably increased their price I have not been back a number 17 combo meal that had been 399 forever jump to six plus dollars that's unreasonable my check didn't go up $2 I actually work for a living. Read moreI decided to give Foosackleys a legit review. The first time I came here, I had a terrible experience with the pickup ordering not working correctly. That said, I came back for some more of the food.
The chicken fingers are easily the best I have had out of Popeyes, KFC, Cane's and Zaxby's. The breading is light yet flavorful and flaky. Something not in other tenders. Although the small menu works I do wish they had chicken wings that shared this same breading.
The fries are always hot and delicious. I tried them with queso this time and it was the low point of the meal. I would not suggest adding queso to the fries as it is like a teaspoon full they add and it's not very flavorful. It's akin to melting a slice of very thin American cheese onto the fries.
Tried the ranch, honey mustard and kung foo sauce. Ranch and Honey Mustard were on point as usual but the asian sauce was lacking. It was very watery and runny compared to the other sauces. More like a liquid...
