I have written complaints to this location on more than one occasion and have promised to not return, but my love for a "good" Thickbuger always brings me back. Normally at this location, the restaurant is absolutely disgusting as far as the drink station, overflowing garbage cans, poor sanitation practices in the bathrooms and slick floors from dropped food.
While I have never had an issue with the employees getting my order wrong, I must complain about the lack of resourcefulness when it comes to how many people are staffed behind the register/in the kitchen and the promptness and quality of the food. Twice, in the past two weeks, I have ordered a burger and both times it took 10-15 minutes for just a sandwich (no combo) and was so sloppily put together that I had to basically "fix" my own food in order to consume it. Today, while this was also the case, there were only two other customers in the establishment besides my myself and one customer raised Hell about waiting 15 minutes for a burrito. I waited less than ten minutes, but it looked as if they took 5 seconds to put my burger together. The cheese wasn't melted, bacon and tomatoes barely hanging to the burger at all and so much mayo that I had to scrape most off into my wrapper. There were 7 people working this shift, one on register, one on drive through, two in the dining room and the rest in the kitchen.
When the customer complained, the woman behind the register politely asked someone in the kitchen to prepare the order and was asked to "hold on a minute". Unacceptable. Drive through orders were being processed in a timely manner because it was clearly backing up outside, but when they are only processing one order per ten drive through orders, there is a serious lack of management.
I have complained to management and have also filled out a card on every visit and will sadly not return to this location. With that said, it troubles me that food service in the Meridianville area has gone down and not just at Hardees. Strict management and employee training and discipline are the only means to having a successful business. This review, along with pictures I took of the team members just standing around, how my food came to the table and how dirty the floor room was, will be sent to their regional and corporate office. Hopefully something will be done to ensure a pleasant customer experience...
Read moreFood was excellent however service was rather bad we walked up to the counter the cashier who was there turned around and walked away and told a different lady to wait on us well the different lady must have been a trainee because she did not know how to properly ring up the food don't get me wrong we all have to learn a new job and I understand that but when you have to repeat it to her three times and she Rings it up wrong three times perhaps fast food is not her line of work? Also we noticed their health rating was down to an 87 this Hardee's always had high Health ratings so that tells you there's something else going on? Other than being passed from one cashier to the other and the inexperienced cashier and the Warriors about the low Health rating the food was good very hot well-prepared made to order! As a side note after looking around we noticed that the dining area was rather dirty as was the men's bathroom and no paper towels so how are employees washing and drying their hands? I'm not saying don't go into this Hardee's but I am saying look around before you...
Read moreI just wasted 20 minutes of my life that I can't get back. I ordered a steak egg cheese a chicken biscuit two orders of hash browns. Nothing really special.I ordered At 10:17am and took a seat since it looked like they were a lil backed up.Ten minutes pass and they guy behind me that ordered about 6 biscuits got his order and gone. Another customer notice as well since he had been waited and said they must have forgot about you. The time now is 10:36 so I go to counter and ask for a refund. The lady walks off and she talks back to what I'm guessing is a manager. She says this person wants a refund. She responds back just get h his receipt and I'll refund later. The cashier proceeds to give me my money back. She was nice enough to say sorry for your wait. So thank you manager for the lack of customer service.
