I hate to do this but my experience tonight was not the best. I always do the mobile order option in hopes of making their job easier and also to have the least possible interaction with them, due to some of their rude employees. I understand that people have bad days but please do not take it out on your customers, especially the ones that are unproblematic. The young lady working the drive thru around 630pm this evening was very rude. I said maybe 5 words into the intercom and was rushed and cut off. Me being cut off led to her making errors and them leaving items off of my mobile order. A nice tone and 5 more seconds of patience can go a long way. I’m very big on customer service and I am never rude to anyone bc I understand that this field can be overwhelming at times. I try to be one less rude customer for them to deal with. I just hope that some of the employees can get it together.
Edit 09/11/23: I really appreciate you all getting back to me and apologizing on your employee’s behalf. I know that one or two employees’ behavior is not a reflection of ALL employees’. I just wanted to make sure that they were held accountable and made aware of their unfriendly customer service. I completely understand that everyone has bad days but a smile and a friendly tone could go a long way. I always make sure to be as friendly as I can to ANY public service worker, especially those in the food industry because I already know how difficult their job can be at times. I will change my rating based off of the customer service from the owner and/or manager....
Read moreI have gone to this location at least 20 times. Initially I had many issues with online ordering because apparently no one had any idea how to do a online order. They kept saying this is new and we don’t know how to do it. I could clearly see my name on the screen of orders in the restaurant and it stated “online order” “paid”. It’s not rocket science. Tonight I order a family meal of 10 pieces of chicken and of course I was asked to pull forward. No surprise. After 15 minutes I went in to see the hold up. The night manager said it takes 30 minutes to cook so it’s going to be 15 more minutes. This is 8pm and I’ve got an hr drive home already and it’s just a huge inconvenience. This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant. How can you not have chicken ready? In the past 10 years that I have gone to chick fil a and ordered for my large family I have NEVER once been asked to pull forward. NEVER. It’s too bad they don’t have one here. Call chick fil a and ask how they do it...
Read moreSomething happens to this place after 7pm. The morning crew is great. But the evening crew is rude, dirty (handling food with bare hands), and did I mention rude. They give you the wrong order then smart off to you if you request the correct order. And heaven forbid you ask for extra sauce because the little girl “in charge” will wave her dirty biscuit tongs (do they even wash their utensils?) at you and tell you she doesn’t know who owns the store, doesn’t care, and doesn’t care if you stop coming because “I still got a job” while the teenage employees cower near the drive thru window equal parts entertained and scared. It’s just barbecue sauce, so sorry you don’t want pour up new cups. Also, chicken tenders aren't supposed to be pink inside and ranch shouldn’t be chunky. She must have poured those up with those dirty tongs she likes to wave around and...
