Update: Absolutely the worst staff here. Every single time we get food from here there’s a problem. Ordered curbside after a hot day of yard work. I really should have known better. Simple order: 10 nuggets, basket of fries, 2 sweet teas, 1 ice cream cone. It’s obvious which of these should be made last, but apparently not to everyone. By the time we got our food, the drinks were sweating badly, the food was cold, and the ice cream was melted so badly it was running down the cone all over the girls bare hand touching my food and then melted down my hand when she handed it to me. When we obviously returned the melted mess, we got attitude from the staff and the girl who brought our order, who claimed she’s ALWAYS just touched peoples food with her bare hands and no one has complained. GROSS! Use napkins or gloves. You handle money, touch cash registers, and public doors. There is absolutely ZERO reason you should be touching anyone’s food, period.
Original: This is one of, if not, the worse McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Stopped tonight to get a treat and this is what we were served. Pouring crushed cookies on top of melted ice cream is not a McFlurry. It’s a MESS. I wish I could say this is the first time something like this has happened but it’s far from it. I ordered a tote of cookies one night and was left sitting outside for one and a half hours. I had to demand my money back because a refund was never even mentioned. The manager only gave my some of my money back. On another occasion, some friends and I ordered a tote of cookies and after waiting over half an hour, we were served a CRUSHED box of smushed cookies. The cookies were just a giant gloopy mess like they had been poured in there straight out of the oven. Manager refused to give our money back and we had to argue for the refund. On several occasions ordering here, we have encountered high employees. Noticeably high: red eyes, spacey behavior, slow responses or even no responses, laughing at absolutely nothing. When the order was delivered, both of the fries were missing. I contacted the store and spoke with the Manager On-Duty. She explained if we came to the store with the DoorDash sticker we could get our missing fries. We drove to the store where we waited for a few minutes at the drive-thru speaker since the dinning room was closed. We had to just drive up to the window as no one answered the headset. When we got to the first window, the employee nicely told us to just pull to the second window to where the manager was. At the second window, we spoke to the manager. She then rudely demanded the sticker. As the window was never closed, we heard everything afterwards. She first went to go ask the person who was over the DoorDash orders. It honestly sounded like she was getting on to them. After that, she told the kitchen to, "Just give them a small and large fry." Following this, she then went on a rant about how DoorDash needs to do their job and if they would just do what they were supposed to do. Personally, I do not feel like a manager should be blaming other people for mistake their store made. We then got our bag with the fries, and after all of that and finally returning home (which the whole point of ordering on DoorDash was to not leave the house) we were given a small and a MEDIUM fry. We didn't even get the correct remake order....... This incident is just the newest on a long list of messed up orders I have gotten from this McDonald's...
