
I have been coming to this location for over 2 years and never had an employee give me a nasty attitude. I called in my order for a large PB cheesecake shake with caramel in the cup. When the shake was made she had caramel and chocolate in the cup when I pointed out the mistake she blamed it on her memory and because they took down my shake recipe. She asked me if I wanted a new cup I replied yes please after she told me she had a lot going on but it was how she said it. She said it with an attitude. So then I gave her an attitude and informed her everybody has something going on and that she could have written it down on paper or on a cup. And her response to that was well nobody has time for all of that. At that moment I took my shake and walked out because I was angry at how I was treated. Everytime I made a purchase I would leave a tip. I didn't drink the shake because 1 taste it was an instant no it was watered down and runny it wasn't thick and creamy and it didn't have any flavor. My daughter bought me a $50 gift card for Christmas and was disappointed to hear about the experience I had upon using it the 1st time on Christmas Eve. An employee that I saw leaving offered to remake my shake and I declined and then I accepted but then I asked her was she busy was she needing to be somewhere soon and she stated well... My husband has the kids and... So I stopped her and said no you go ahead and enjoy your holiday this is not your fault and I don't want to interrupt your plans. So today I contacted the owner Amber and I got the balance of my gift card refunded after I tried to explain to her the situation. But of course she put the blame on me asking me what did Kenadi do to make you mad because I watched the video and I didn't see she had an attitude. She kept interrupting me when I tried to explain and was mad at the fact I posted about it on Facebook. I gave $1,$2,$3 tip Everytime I bought a shake but the owner Amber told me well I can't have you coming in here treating my girls bad. Nobody takes accountability for their actions or their employee's actions. I feel that because I'm African American she's painting me as the aggressor. The owner didn't apologize either. She also had a nasty attitude and interrupted me when I tried to explain what happened. Some people wanna be the victim so bad. I didn't do anything wrong and I don't know what business they go to and would be ok with being talked to the way I was. I would never treat customers like that. I won't be subjected to that again because I won't step my left or right foot in that establishment again. Amber called my phone after she saw this Google review and left me a voicemail message and stated that I have been treating her girls badly for several years and it had nothing to do with my race because she has African American friends, family and majority of her customers are African American. She also stated on the voicemail that they remade my shake several times for me and they have tried to make me happy. She was explaining on the voicemail why she asked me not to come back in stating that she can't allow me to mistreat her employees and talk to her 19 year old employee like that. My daughter was in the truck with me when I spoke with Amber and heard how she was over talking me and wouldn't let me explain the situation and in the video you can barely hear the audio. I couldn't hear the part where Kenadi said well nobody had time to do all of that. It's not about allowing me to be ugly towards your employees because I never was til Christmas Eve when her employee was ugly towards me and so yeah I reacted and gave Kenadi the same energy that I was given. Amber said I've never had a complaint about her. Not everybody will make a complaint they just may never come back. I was a regular and if I treated her employees so badly why didn't she ever confront me about it? Read moreWow! Gotta a big surprise this morning when I went to get our teas for the day. Keep in mind that I buy at least {2} teas EVERYDAY, & some days I buy {4}. My total with just 2 teas everyday was right at $17, times 7 days per week =$119, times four weeks in a month=$476. We absolutely love these teas which is why we spend our hard earned money on them. So I go in this morning, {8/25/22}, and they inform me that they are starting to charge me extra $ cause I ask them to put a little extra flavoring in my tea. Sometimes when they make them they put just enough flavor so it don't taste just like water. Im sorry but $7-$9 for a tea that taste like watered down kool-aid is just too much. I love the owners of this place and their workers, they are all very nice people, but I'm afraid today will be my last visit. I feel like I spend enough money here in a month that a little extra flavoring should not affect them. I feel when a customer is good to your business, you should take care of that customer.
