Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Huntsville

I ordered 3 different combo meals and 3 different milkshakes and the lady that took my order said that they could make any blast into a milkshake so I was suppose to get a Snickers milkshake a reeses cup milkshake and a m&m milkshake and when I get to the window to pick up the food and at first I get the drinks and combo meals and was told to have a good night and the window was shut in my face so I tried to tap on window but couldn't reach it so I started waving my hands so someone could see me and finally she opened window and I ask for my shakes well when I get them they have some hard stuff on top which was suppose to be cool whip but it wasn't and then the milkshakes started bubbling and raising up and over the top of the cup I'm not sure if they just poured milk in the cup with a few pieces of Snickers butterfinger and m&Ms or if they fixed the milkshakes the moment I ordered them and they say on the counter and melted but they were not any I've cream in the cups I spent $45 and am very upset that I just basically gave them $45 cuz the corndogs I ordered were hard and the milkshakes were milk I used to love this place but this is several times that my order was not fit for a dog to eat or drink and when I was ask what condiments did I want with the corndogs I said ketchup and there was no...

Third week in a row with old and hard cheese sticks. I requested freshly cooked cheese sticks today because of the previous problem with them. I still got old sticks today that had been dunked in the fryer to warm them up a bit. Not good and won't order food here again. This Sonic location always had great food until recently. Something has changed and for the worse.

Update to this review: It's not any better! On 7/21 we went to Moore's Mill Sonic during the lunch hour at 12:05 pm. On my 3 previous visits here we got inedible, old cheese sticks. Since it was lunch hour I mistakenly believed the food would be freshly cooked for my fourth try. I ordered cheese sticks and onion rings, neither of which were fresh and had been sitting for a long period. This store was always good with fresh food up until two months ago. Even with our weekly visit at 3pm in the afternoon. They always cooked fresh food for us. There must be a management change to someone who doesn't care about food freshness and quality. For me after I drive away, I won't go back to complain. I will not order ANY food items from this location again. I was there last night. We ordered 3 milkshakes and a drink on the app. Our email receipt has 9.43pm. We arrived and checked in stall number 3 about 5 minutes later. About 10.05 we punched the button because our stuff had not come out. No response so I called and no answer. About 10.15 a female responded to our call button. She said they were short 5 people but had order and part of it was ready and they would get it out. At 10.30 we gave up and left. I called this morning about 10am and a your man said a manager would be in at 11 and they would credit my card. It is now 7.00pm Just checked my card and no credit. So their service is no better today. I will call my credit card company and dispute the charge but that is hassle. I would have preferred Sonic handle it without that step.
