This morning I went through the Moores Mill drive thru where a very kind & professional young man took my order, on a tablet. I got to the window to pay where a young girl read back my order & swiped my card. She told me my food wasn’t ready & to pull forward. This was a first for me so I asked her where did I pull to & she said just to the front & my food would be out shortly. I pulled to the front & sat there for a little over 5 minutes. I had my windows rolled up because I had my one year old with me so I wanted the air to keep circulating cool air for her in the back. An older gentleman came & knocked on my window asking if I had pancakes & I was a little confused because when I rolled down my window an employee was yelling from the window asking if I had pancakes. I did have pancakes, but I had ordered other things as well so I repeated my order to her & she proceeded yelling for me to come grab my food. I got out of the car & went to grab my food where she continued to have an attitude with me because I wasn’t listening for my food. I told her I wasn’t made aware that I was supposed to come get my food when I asked the young girl what I was supposed to do all she said was to pull forward. Any drive thru I’ve ever been to that’s asked me to pull forward they bring the food to your car. I told the lady she was being rude considering I was unaware of what was expected of me. She continued to yell as I walked back to my car stating she wanted me to have my food hot & ready & she wasn’t the one being rude. She was a more seasoned in age woman who had short blond hair & wore glasses. Had I known I needed to be listening for my food I would have been, but again I had a young child in the car with me who I was trying to entertain & keep cool while we waited so my windows were up. You never know what a customer has gone through prior to being served by you. The food was correct & it was fresh & the young man who took my order with his exceptional service are what saved this...
Read moreBest burgers and best biscuits you will ever find in Huntsville and Meridianville Alabama. Ever since moving from Jackson county Alabama I missed the good delectable foods that I was able to find there in the hole in the wall shack’s that you only know about growing up around them. When I came to Huntsville, all I knew of was fast food places. Upon finding the Biscuit Express I was very thankful for what I have found. The hamburgers for lunch melt in your mouth. The French dip sandwiches are also a great choice. They also have a chicken finger dinner for lunch that is the best bang for your buck. For breakfast you can often order a biscuit or you can order pancakes or if you’re feeling very hungry you can order one of their platters. The Biscuit Express platters include gravy and biscuit eggs tater tot‘s and your choice of meat. They are very filling and are definitely worth the price you go to Jack’s or any other fast food areas and their platters which may not compose as much as the biscuit express offers on their platters and are often the same price or more and definitely are not as delectable! One of the secret menu items that is often not brought to an attention are the breakfast wraps if you have ever been to sonic or Burger King and you like the tater tot’s inside the wraps? That’s not a problem biscuit express will put anything in your breakfast wrap that they serve some examples include gravy tomatoes tater tot‘s grilled onions jalapeños extra cheese extra meat even the meat for the French dip sandwiches can be made into a wrap! I have found however the Moores Mill location does not have the French dips or jalapeños. But the meridianville Alabama location does have the French dip special and also...
Read moreI have been to the biscuit express location in Meridianville, the line time flew quick and the food was amazing. The Moores Mill location was just an awful experience, my wife had placed an online order ahead of time a good 30 mins prior. When I arrived the line for the drive thru was extended out onto moores mill itself just to enter. There were a good handful of people standing outside waiting for their food or trying to complete their doordash, I asked around while I waited for parking but after finding out 4 people waiting were doing doordash and the others still didn't get their food I was beginning to feel less motivated to stand around and wait as well. I went to ask at the window how long would it be but the woman working there was unable to provide me a solid time either. Within the time I was there I only heard them call for 2 orders but those who were called for had already left. Some were saying that the line was barely moving at all and others were starting to leave upset because of how long they had been waiting. I did not stick around, I had things to get done and I assumed placing an online order ahead of time would have saved me time from having to stay any longer but I was very wrong. Save your time and money and go to another location that has everything in good working order, my wife is still currently trying to call about getting a refund but no one answers the phone...
