This was one of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had. I wrote all of the details in my review to the restaurant on their feedback listed on the receipt, so I'll try to remember. But, the wait was VERY long and it was not busy. One customer came back inside to ask for a refund while we waited. The complaint was that the onion rings were stale. I think they offered to make him more, but he insisted on a refund instead (involving the manager on duty). All the while, I watched because I too had ordered onion rings. During that wait, the cook prepared chicken nuggets, mozzarella sticks, and chicken patties for sandwiches (the manager helped with the patties). They continued to serve the same onion rings and I eventually received the same onion rings. Yes, they were awful! Stale was a great word to describe. Also, the manager took at bag of fries that I noticed about 10 minutes before the guy complained and he dumped them into the bin under the heat lamp. They had been sitting out for about 20 minutes and I didn't know what was in the bag until he did that. The trash was overflowing, that there was trash (straw wrappers, receipts, receipt supplies) and other stuff on the counter. The frozen drink machine behind the counter had melted drinks in the bottom of two cups that stayed there for the entire length of time. At first, I thought they were to catch drips from the machine, but no. Just left there for no good reason. Read moreUpdate on 12/06/2022 Door Dasher experience: the manager at this location was very rude immediately. Upon arrival (to pick up the customer's order) I was handed the sealed order/bag. No ticket. I (being inexperienced) began to open the bag to look for the ticket to confirm the order & she began to repeatedly & rudely tell me I'm not supposed to open the bag. Okay, so as she took the order to PRETEND like she remade it, I asked for her to print a ticket so I can confirm the order is correct. She comes back & tells me that she can't find the ticket & can't reprint one & that she's never had a dasher ask for a ticket. First of all, anyone working in fast food or restaurant business KNOWS you should always have a ticket stuck to the bag. I've worked in this business AND eaten fast few several times throughout the years & know this is how it's done. But her nasty attitude was what blows my mind. I also had to go back in to have her make the drink with no ice for the customer... she said it was supposed to be light ice & was STILL nasty about it. I come to this location on Winchester Rd because its within a mile of my house so its easy access. I am not a big fan of this location, today I ordered two Whopper Jr. Meals from them, and the Hamburger Buns were both stale. This is not the first time I have received below standard food from this location. The lady behind me said that she was waiting 20 minutes for her food, I waited about the same, It took nearly 5 minutes for the employee running the register to notice I was there, now I noticed they were short staffed, the but this location really needs improvement, this employee was running both drive thru and dine in at the same time, which if you've worked in the restaurant sector, you know is unacceptable, there needs to be more than 3 people working in the kitchen and register, because of the volume of business this location gets.
