Went to store at 5 pm on Jan 13, 22. The two young workers there were very nice & polite, but looked scared & unsure when it went from 1 guest to 5. I didn’t know the 12 inch sub would be over $12! I thought it would be at least close to the price on the board for a regular, the price being that high was something they should have told us. They did say I would be charged $2 for extra meat, 2 ounces, but that’s all. The toaster must have been set on low or the bread wasn’t fully cooked because it tasted like dough still. The meat didn’t even taste right. They had no soup available & it was only 5 pm. I got a medium chili not knowing that small size would be $5! When I got it home it tasted like it had pinesol or some cleaner taste in it. I couldn’t take more than 3 bites. I got the Turkey guacamole club. The bacon wasn’t real it was all crumbly harder bacon bits. The guacamole was brown in some parts even though it came out a squeeze thing. I could barley eat 3 inches of it before I had to run to the bathroom with what I’ll discreetly say as food poisoning. That’s what it felt like.my husband got a 12 inch sun as well & a fountain drink, I got the 12 inch sub & that chili. The price was $40!!!! I was in shock!! If those two kids didn’t look so scared I would have said nah never mind. I never got a receipt I was shocked, but I did notice there was an $8 charge for idk what. After me & my husband both having food poisoning symptoms since yesterday at 5 pm, I really did wish I said never mind on the food & the price of it. We paid $40 to be sick for two...
Read moreNot a good experience. Especially for the amount of money charged. Our bread was only toasted on one side and only partially at that. The other side was not even warm. There was very little meat put on the sandwiches. There was only one lady working behind the counter when we got there so she would do one sandwich and it had to wait for the next one to be made as there were two of us together. Could be one of the reasons why the sandwich was not even warm, much less toasted and hot like we are used to getting at a Quiznos. I got tea, which tasted bad. My husband got water. The water was not drinkable. While we were there, another woman came to work behind the counter and she and the first lady talked very loudly to each other and also talked across the restaurant to other customers. Very rude. They then went out and started sweeping the mat inside the door and the floor while we were still eating. Dust and all kinds of stuff was floating up in the air. We had to leave before we were finished it was so bad. We...
Read moreThe 2 kids making sandwiches were very young and seemed inexperienced. I ordered from an app 2 subs to be ready at 5:05. When I arrived my order wasn't ready and neither of the 2 people in the place greeted me or acknowledged that I even came in. After I watched the young girl make 3 subs that were not like the ones I ordered she bagged them and handed them to me. The boy then pops up and tells her she's here for the French dips. They don't ask. The girl goes off to start the subs for us without a word. Neither of them speak or act like I'm present. The girl makes the subs and the boy puts the dip sauce in a bag and they hand it to me about 15 minutes late. The subs have very little meat and cheese on them, the sauce tastes like flavored water. I paid $4 extra for extra meat on one and it was barely enough. $27 for 2 dry subs is a big no. No flavor, no service, no atmosphere. Who's...
