Taqueria El Cazador — Restaurant in Alabama

My first few experiences were phenomenal, I can’t even explain how pleased I was. So when I had a not so stellar visit (ordered two sets rice and beans only to discover at home that I’d been charged for both just to receive only rice), I gave them 3 additional chances.

First time after that visit, we came home with no entrees. Second they had no rice/beans nor steak fajitas, which is understandable, we ordered different meals. Third visit they had included my husband’s entree and my tacos, but no rice/beans. I wised up by this point and checked the bag before leaving, I alerted them to the mistake and they gave me rice/beans. I genuinely hate leaving bad reviews, but we tip well (before receiving our food as is the standard) yet we still end up with poor service. Their food is amazing, guys. It’s worth the trip, the money paid, and the wait. But the service is so poor that I can’t see myself...

BEWARE!!! We have loved eating here since we moved to the area. Unfortunately they cannot be trusted at the Limestone Flea Market location. On the 14th a friend and I ordered our meals together. He went to pay and he was told his debit card didn’t work. I offered my card and paid. While doing so, my friend looked at his bank app and noticed he was charged twice, for two different amounts. He showed the worker and the gentleman working shrugged and said he couldn’t help because he doesn’t speak English. We both ended up with two charges each totaling over $100 for a $28 order. We attempted to discuss in person and on the phone, but both attempts we were told they can’t help because they don’t speak English. Picked up our order three tacos, burrito and cheese quesadilla. Asked if he included jalapeños, yes everything inside. No jalapeños , no napkins, no plastic ware. Burrito all rice, no lettuce, very little meat one big rice burrito, no taste. Tacos pork very little dried out tasted like I was eating hard candy, quesadilla a whole lot of cheese no lettuce, no garnish on the side carrots ,onions nothing.
