Arby's — Restaurant in Alabaster

Well, Google asked me to share my experience so I will just so ladies and parents can be reminded to stay alert. A few weeks ago I walked in to the Alabaster, AL Arby's next to the ER to use the restroom while my husband picked up a DoorDash order... well, alone entering the Ladies Restroom I heard some fumbling in the standard sized stall next thing I knew a male employee pops out in a hurry explaining to me why I shouldn't use the one he was in and that I had to use the handicapped stall. I told him over a few times to LEAVE but he kept standing there running hid mouth about that stall he was in. He was in the way of the bathroom door itself so I felt trapped and unease after I saw that he didn't listen the first time when I said leave now. After what seemed to be a long and unsettling min or so he finally left. I felt uncomfortable to use it... so I left the restroom. This male employee was sitting at the booth nearest to the restrooms... he looked anxious and was jittery. Come to find out... he wasn't on the clock and he shouldn't have been in the ladies restroom... According to the manager. Listen ladies... be careful when entering any public restroom 🚻 I don't care how often you visit a place. You never know. Parents!!! Please always double check restrooms and behind all doors before allowing your child to enter. You never know! Now, I have anxiety when going into a restroom alone in public... Arby's, please do something about this... I have made my calls... I hope that you all take this very seriously and if that said employee is still with you all KEEP AN EYE ON HIM AT ALL TIMES! He seems like he's no stranger to doing sketchy things!!! Infact he needs to just find a job that doesn't involve the public. For thr record arbys was my favorite place to go to... I'm hurt about all of this and the fact that Arby's is not keeping intouch with me on this. I'm making calls but nobody is keeping me in any loop... how long does an investigation last?? I mean do you all NOT have cameras in the lobby or...

Like a fool. I tried Arby’s again. It’s always screwed up. Today we go.i try to order the angus burger and the girl says “ we don’t have any hamburgers “. Good lord. So I order 3 Arby’s sandwiches. She said for here or to go. I said we are eating in. They put Everything in a sack anyway. I’m going to the only table left and it’s by the bathroom and there is a half inch of water on the floor , it’s pouring down out of the air conditioner / vent. They throw down a sign but no one’s trying to mop it up , they just leave it. An employee is sitting down across from us watching a loud cartoon on the tv cackling every few seconds , I can barely walk without falling down. Then after we dig everything out of the sack ( hey idiots , if you are going to put it in a sack regardless , don’t waste my time asking if it’s for here or to go ! ). They left off a sandwich. I got up and braved the soaking wet floors to go get my other sandwich and they started making it. I then have to slide back to the table and eat my food getting cold by then. Then I have to get up and go back and get my sandwich. You would think you don’t have to look before driving off when you tell pink hair you want Arby’s sauce but here I am with a dry a$$ roast beef sandwich with no sauce. What an idiot. The Dr Pepper was flat with no carbonation and she didn’t say a word when I told her. No wonder they have out , we are hiring signs up. I hope they get someone more competent than her, the idiots won’t answer the phone and...

The people who work here could care less of customers are there or not! When I was in there a customer found a hair in her food and had to drive all the way back and the manager was like what do you want me to do about it like a smart butt! The workers just doesn't care about the customer and when you say something all they want to do is give you free food but I don't want free food I want it fixed I expect if I go in somewhere I get good customer service because that's what I would do if I was in Customer Service and I have been and you have to be nice to people and acknowledge they're there! To add to this review we were there last night and bought food gave them a $20 bill and they wouldn't take it they said it wouldn't fit in their machine! And then they said you have anything else any other form of payment and we told them no so they said they couldn't take our 20! So we went somewhere else tonight and they gladly took her 20 so they will not be getting our...
