Today, Tuesday the 4th of June 2024, I ordered through GrubHub. I ordered the 10 munchkins assorted and they come in a bag not a box. I thought they were larger but it’s nothing like the picture you see on the App. But, they were fresh and good so I give it 4 stars. Next, I ordered the sausage, egg and cheese wrap. But, I can’t believe they gave me half of a sausage and half of a wrap for $3.99. I can’t believe how small this wrap. I will never order it again. I haven’t eaten it yet but just for appearance I give it 2 stars. Because, I’m very disappointed. Next, I ask for a wrap for the pepper black bacon with American cheese. But, I got the croissant instead and I’m glad because if I had got another half of a sandwich I would have been really upset. But, it was good so I give it 4 stars. I would have given it 4.5 stars but they didn’t put the American cheese on it and it wasn’t what I ordered. Plus, the driver place my food on the ground instead of ringing my doorbell and putting it in my hand as requested. I noticed that drivers don’t read the instructions. They just assume it’s no contact and that’s not right. You need to check and read to ensure you follow the instructions given by the customer. I give her a 3 stars out of 5 stars for not following...

I chose rewards to add to my order. Drive thru moved very slow although there was only 1 car ahead of me. They first tried to give me someone else's order. After receiving my order I realized they didn't include the rewards items. The employee at the drive thru said there was nothing she could do. So, no rewards items and I lost my rewards points. Why would I continue to use your location when this is how you treat customers? Could she not see on my app that there are rewards and then give me the items? Read moreI came to the drive thru like six months ago and ordered a drink. The guy at the window told me to pull around front and wait so I did, but he never came out with my drink. I was pissed I had to walk back in there to remind them to make my coffee. Fast-forward to today, I order a drink in the drive thru. The girl tells me to pull around front and wait but guess what… she never came out to give me my drink 😂 So I went inside to remind them to make my drink yet AGAIN but before I could speak she looked up with stupid grin on her face because apparently she thought it was funny. Wasn’t apologetic, didn’t say sorry, just laughed. And then had the nerve to beg for a tip when I first pulled up. I’m glad I pushed NO TIP right in her face. So focused on hustling customers for tips she couldn’t remember to do her job. And I don’t believe in being mean to fast food workers, but this is the type of 🤬 that makes me wanna crash out!!
