As an experienced foodie, I tend to think a lot about the experiences I like most. That said, I have the maturity to look back on where I tend to go most often for a more objective idea of what I know is the best. This place is not only accommodating, but just a pleasure to dine at - inside, the staff is friendly, really giving you the idea that the folks aren't nice and smiling just because their boss is looking over their shoulder.

First time in. Asked for a ton of wings. Asked if we could get em baked instead of fried. Bam. Done. Delicious.

Every time I go, I have to get the fried okra. Especially fresh out, I don't know what it is they put in them but oooh-wee, that crispy fried shell! And the seasoning on them is amazing!

I did try the hot chicken wings last time I went. Unfortunately, it seemed the sauce was a bit light. That said, it was so crispy it was obvious that they were sauced gingerly so as not the break up that crispy skin layer and preserve their tenderness! I loved it despite the absence of sauce.

The iced tea is hit or miss. Sometimes tastes a bit off. Never really bad, but sometimes makes me wish I got water instead. Sometimes not. It's nothing really special anyway, so get a coke. You're not worried about calories at this joint.

Have yet to try the seafood, but if you're like me, just try the wings and breaded okra with your favorite drink. Can't go wrong here...

I came to this establishment because the establishment I actually wanted to visit was close and I’ve visited this location 2-3 times after it first opened… I haven’t been In a long time so I thought, hey, why not? I was the only customer in the drive thru and ordered a whole wing combo…

First issue: I didn’t get the correct change after paying for my order. Once I brought it to the cashiers attention it was corrected without a fuss. Great.

Second issue: I think the refried my whole wings. They were hot but wouldn’t have been able to be cooked fresh with the short amount of time that I was in the drive though, especially with them being jumbo wings. The skin on the chicken was a darker brown color and also would just fall off when I touched the chicken so crumbs were flying everywhere when I was trying to break or eat the wings. The meat was also tough on the inside. Fries were hot though. This was disappointing because why not just cook food fresh???

Anyway, third issue: I requested two ranch cups, those were not in the bag, I went inside to get them…

fourth issue: there was not a single napkin, utensil, or ketchup packet in the bag. The bag was also tied in this tight annoying knot that I couldn’t get open.
