Walked in the door to grab a sandwich for me and my wife on the way home from work and little did I know I was walking into the most unprofessional service. It was absolutely crazy how this woman acted and treated me when I tried to make small talk and was polite to her she had a very rude tone and said multiple passive aggressive comments of how I was asking her to make my sandwich. After her terrible attitude and annoyed tone she then took my receipt that had her name and threw it in the trash and gave me A copy so her name wouldn’t be on it. I have zero clue who hired this lady but she needs to be non customer facing in the very back acting like she was. She appeared to be in her mid 30s early 40s maybe. Maybe younger. Brownish blonde hair and she was about 5’3-5’5 ft tall and slim. I asked for her name and she wouldn’t give it to me. The other employee was very very professional and when the unprofessional employee walked outside I guess to smoke he said he was sorry for her behavior and how she treated me and offered me a free drink but I politely declined because I had drinks already. The African American younger kid was awesome, but that mid age woman needs to sit down with the owner and get a Wake up call. She cannot treat people like that,...
Read moreHonestly, first time customer. Opened up near the house and wife likes it. Online ordered to speed the process as the kiddos already had Old MacDonalds waiting in colorful boxes and we wanted to go home and eat. Ordered at 12:37 and said it's be ready by 12:51. Arrived at 12:49 to be told they hadn't put the order in yet and it would be 10 minutes more. At 1:15 they said it'd be 5 more minutes. There were at least 2 more people in there eating and a couple in line so I wouldn't say busy best describes the atmosphere. Received the order of two subs at 1:22. I had a chicken bacon thingy that was dripping in ranch and quite soggy and room temp. Strike one and you can ask Taco Bell and Popeyes that I don't give a location more than three. Bad first impression, extremely average food,...
Read moreWent into Jersey Mike's craving a sandwich. There were three young gentlemen working and we were the first three in line. Not one person acknowledged us. The young man making the sandwiches at a sloths pace never looked up or said a word. We stood there about 10 minutes and the line had grown to about 12 people or more. Still.... no words or greetings at all. I haven't visited here in quite a while and probably won't. So unfortunate because their sandwiches are typically amazing. Maybe they can get Danny Devito to come help since he's a huge fan and spokesperson. It's a crying shame that this younger generation has no manners, let...
