The worst location Milo's could pick for opening a burger joint. If Krystal's Hamburger could not make it in that location... Milo's never should have open there.
Do not go there when it's pouring rain. The building's water runoff, gutters.. Dumps right on top of your vehicle. If you're unlucky enough to be underneath one of the shoots that lets the water Cascade on to you... You will get drenched. Let's don't talk about if you drive anything bigger than a Volkswagen. I could barely get my truck around the building. As far as the food goes I now see why I no longer go to Milo's. It was $10 Plus for a hamburger combo. The hamburger is as small as my fist. The fries were few, the tea was watered down and the extra sauces to go tasted like they have changed the recipe. Too much tomato or something. Not the same old sauce. It's been awhile since I've had fast-food and wow can't believe how expensive it was for a very small hamburger and the rest of the poor quality food. Will not return to...
Read moreI'd been out of town for 4 mos and the first food I wanted when I got home was a Milo's cheeseburger with an extra sauce on the side and a mega half 'n half tea with extra lemon. The Alabaster store makes the best burger (in my opinion). The bread doesn't seem to get all soggy from the sauce at that store. And Milo tea is the only store bought tea I will drink. Milo's fries seem to have changed, and not for the better, so I don't get fries anymore. But the way they make their burgers there, and the tea are a 5, so I gave 5 stars.
There's no sign on the door notifying patrons that there is no dining room and it's very irritating to park and walk inside before remembering that I do that for nothing because Alabaster has no dining room - but also no sign posted, grrrrr. Please post a sign to inform your customers of no dining room so that we don't have to waste our time and energy parking, getting out of our car, walking to the door, etc. (Some of us...
Read moreMs. Irene is a superstar. THIS is how you should take care of your customers. I came through the drive thru after hours, unaware that they had already closed. At this point, the young lady could've just told me that they were closed, and call it a day. However, the young lady took my order as usual and asked me to pull around. When I got to the window, I was informed that they were out of the item that I ordered...an apple pie. Again, another opportunity to turn me away and finish closing. Instead what was done next was very encouraging and it made me feel taken care of and special. Ms. Irene went above and far beyond what she had to do to ensure that I was served and made to feel special. She gave me what they had and promised me that I could come back tomorrow and order what I initially wanted. She really took care of me and I don't think I'll ever forget how she went above and beyond what she actually had to do, to provide. Thank...
