  • Please like & share our reviews.* Wheelchair accessible (bathroom hall corridor is a bit of a left - right - left). Man.... if all locations were THIS good. Conveniently located in the Target plaze. Plenty of wonderful restaurants and shops for the big kids to enjoy. Kevin was the first face we met upon entry. He was super quick to stamp arms as a safety measure. We couldn't believe the size of this place! This has to be the largest Chuck E Cheese in the world. There was so much seating. You can sit in the lobby to evade the sensory overload, you can sit on the sidelinss, stage front or up the middle. Normally there is one, (or 20) games that are not operating. This place had fully functioning games. On a Monday evening we were there the final hour before closing and it was fairly empty. The place was clean and the staff was insanely kind. Chuck E himself was on scene. After playing game upon game, we then cashed out our digital points for prizes with Kevin. (They guy is so full of charisma. My kids lovvvved him.) There are several high chairs on site for the littles, a light up dance floor that toddlers seem enamored with, and plenty of different style games for all ages. There are a couple photo booths as well. This Chuck e Cheese also has a mini trampoline bounce area. *(That costs $10 extra. If ya have that one overly hyper kid, I guess it's worth the money.). We particularly loved how organized the prizes on the wall were by level. That really helped us with explaining to our kids what their points could earn them. Not sure who owns this particular franschise, but they are running a tight ship and Kevin, don't lose that guy... We will definitely will revisit every time we are in Orlando. Super impressed with this establishment and the service even in the final hour before closing.

Took my 12 and 5 year old today to hang out with a family friend and their 11 year old son. The kids had a blast. Plenty of arcade style games that all cost 1 point. The menu for purchasing the play cards is a little confusing but basically, just buy the card for the minutes of play. it's the better option. meaning purchase however many minutes of time you want your kids to play. this means the child can swipe their card as much as they want until time is up on the card. it'll give them more opportunities to earn tickets that way. Chuckecheese is a bit pricey IMO, especially if you have more than 1 child and you plan to buy food, drinks and snacks, so I'd say be ready to spend a bit. I spent over $100 for a Lg pizza, 2 of the unlimited refill drink cups, 90 minutes of game play for each child, a large lollipop, and Lg Dippin dots for each. I had also checked out the new annual membership offers before I visited but kinda glad I didn't go that route because I think my kids ended up playing well over the amount of games that would have been included in the plan I was looking at. overall, fun, plenty of games and space to run around. the toddler car ride that normally takes a photo did not provide a photo and the sketch image photo booth said it was out of paper and inoperable, which was a bummer. i think only 1 or 2 other random arcade games were out of order, but that's it. there's also a cool dance floor for when Chuck e comes out and they do have a mini trampoline area that's supervised by an attendant that costs an additional $12 or $24 per child, depending on if you purchase fun passes, i believe. also plenty of tables for family seating. The temperature in the building is much cooler the further in you go. if you sit by the windows, it's a bit on the...

Great fun - great experience.

We've been to this CeC now two times for a birthday party - one just last week. Now I wouldn't say that CeC is for every kid - but if your kid is one of those, OMG they LOVE this place.

The birthday boy was thrilled to be here - and when the BB (or BG) is having a great time, everyone else has a great time!

The staff is super-duper friendly, and pretty skilled at guiding little people through birthday celebration things (Like cheering and dancing) and very understanding with parents - since sometimes parties can be very hectic.

As an example, I got a soft drink, set it down for 2 seconds, and it was immediately hit by a bouncing ball and splashed everywhere. I worked in the service industry - stuff like that is embarrassing - I know, I've cleaned up thousands of spills. The staff member actually laughed when I told him I was sorry. "This was an easy one", he said (or something to that matter). It made me feel better.

The pizza was very good. Now this isn't an Italian restaurant, so you have to measure everything appropriately - but I was surprised at the quality and did have 3 pieces myself.

So the place was clean (for a place that currently had 30 kids running around in it), the food was good, all the machines were working - it's not that loud. Not if you've been around kids and their toys... If you've lived by yourself in the woods for 10 years - yeah, maybe it's a bit loud.

Over all, we had a fun time, and...

We had a pretty good time for the most part, however, they held a “costume contest” for the kids, to which no one participated other than my two kids and one other. They judged the winner based off how loud everyone cheered for the costumes. Now considering no one else was with this other kid, me and my family gave him a little cheer for his costume to be fair, but then obviously when it came to my children, we got pretty loud. They chose the other kid as the winner, ok cool. He got a little gift bag. Mind you, the host came out with 3 gift bags. I just feel like, considering we were thee only participants, they could’ve at least given my 5 year old a bag as well. He was really sad about losing, hes younger than the other boy, he didn’t even wanna participate but they had no one else so I kinda pressured him to. I just feel like they could’ve been more sensitive about the situation or understanding and just gave him a little bag but no they didn’t, instead they made us pay for one. It was just an unpleasant experience. If you go with littles, I’d advise not to participate in the “costume contest” my kids feelings were really hurt and completely dismissed.
