To start, if I could give this store a 0 star rating I would. Since I canât, they get one star. It is absolutely heinous how the manager and employees treat their paying customers. For an employee to spread FALSE information about a purchase made is simply unprofessional and disgusting. The manger, a grown adult, acts childish and supports the unprofessionalism from her horrible employees. It seems as though they donât want business the way they treat their customers who call and ask about their products. Customers are constantly lied to about having product in stock and for what reason? If we are coming to your store to buy a product and give you more revenue why lie about what you have? Seems useless. The manager and employees spread false information about me and my friends and claimed to be âharassed.â If harassed means standing in your store looking for squishmallows and being handed that product to buy then WOW YOU GOT ME.    Read moreI recently had a very disappointing experience at Gifts & More at The Paper Store in Waterford Lakes. My family and I usually really enjoy shopping here, but this visit was far from pleasant. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and asked if we needed help finding anything, only to be told that they were closing in 20 minutes. That would have been fine, but we were approached again just minutes before closing, and again at 7:59, we were told we needed to head to the register if we planned on making any purchases because they were closing.
When I asked the cashier if it was typical to rush customers out like this, the response was shockingâthey told me they had things to do. To make matters worse, as we were leaving, we had to unlock the front door ourselves because it had already been locked while we were still inside!

   Read morePros: Clean store. Well stocked. Adequate staff to assist customers. My pre-order was ready as promised. The two ladies that assisted me were friendly and helpful.
Improvement Needed: Some staff wasn't welcoming or friendly. Certain customers upon entering store was not offered a shopping basket while other customers were asked if they needed a shopping basket. I'm hoping this was an oversight and not based on race. While I was greeted, I was not offered any assistance, while other customers were asked. At checkout the cashier wasn't pleasant. She was wearing a brace on her hand-so I'm guessing she wasn't feeling well. When she was finished, ringing my order I asked her a question about points and she took the time to answer my question and made sure I understood, which was helpful.
