I wanted to share some feedback regarding an experience I had at your Waterford Lakes location on July 26 around 11 p.m.
I placed an order for four cookies, two of which were the Cookies & Cream flavor. A friendly male employee kindly informed me that they were out of the regular-sized version of that cookie and offered to substitute each one with two mini cookies instead. While I appreciated the effort to accommodate, I didnāt feel that two minis equaled a full-sized cookie in value.
After doing some research, I found that it actually takes about three mini cookies to match the calories and size of one regular cookie, which further made me feel like the substitution wasnāt quite equivalent.
When I expressed my concern, a woman with blonde hair responded sternly from the back, saying, āItās based off of the weight.ā I understand there are store policies in place for these situations, but the way it was communicated felt dismissive and lacked the kind of customer service Iāve come to expect. A more respectful explanation or personal interaction would have gone a long way.
As a student working a minimum wage job to support my education, every dollar counts. If Iām spending nearly $20 on cookies, I expect to receive the full value of what I paid forānot just in product, but in the way Iām treated as a customer.
Iāve always enjoyed visiting this location and have never had an experience like this before. I hope this feedback is helpful, and I trust future situations will be handled with more care and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI placed an order at 8:02 and waited until 9:12 to get my order. When I walked in it was clear they were busy so I grabbed the attention of a worker and let them know I had a pickup from door dash and gave them my name. About 40 minutes later at 8:40 I kept hearing them tell other people they had sold out of two cookies (ones I ordered). I grabbed the attention of an employee and asked them to check on my order as Id ordered it almost an hour ago. She came up and told me since I never clicked the button on door dash that said I was here, they never started it. I informed them and showed them there was no button. An employee with a nasty attitude butted in and said āyeah unfortunately just like she said if you donāt click the button they donāt start itā. Which I then told her I let someone know I was here 10 minutes after the order was placed. Horrible experience for cookies that werenāt even that good. I wouldāve cancelled the order 30 min into the wait if doordash allowed a refund but once the order is in āpreparingā mode by the store, it wonāt let you cancel and get a refund. Crumbl needs nicer employees and people who know what theyāre doing. I work in food service I understand getting overwhelmed and being super busy, but when Iāve been waiting for an hour after I told someone and you blame me Iām not going...

Canāt wait to try more flavors in the future! šāØ
Tried Crumbl Cookie for the second time and went straight for the classic chocolate chip. Soft, warm, and perfectly gooeyājust the right balance of sweet and buttery. Still one of the best cookies Iāve ever had. Highly recommend if youāve got a sweet tooth! šŖ
